We had to have some of our users who are spread out across the globe to legalize their signature for an administrative procedure in Spain.

SO EASY

I was able to sign the doc for my tax rappresentative in literally 5 minutes from my living room.
It is amazing to see how it can be easy and quick to sign doc with the help of a Sweden notary for a Romanian company as an italian citizen!
Also, the notary assigned to me spoke perfect English.

Viel zu teuer. Betrug

Kann nur dringend davon abraten hier eine notarielle Leistung zu buchen. Der Preis ist bei einer Unterschriftsbeglaubigung 17 mal höher als beim Notar vor Ort.

Ich habe Notartermine gehasst und nun mit Notarity machen Notartermine sogar Spaß. Schnell, einfach und günstig. Ich nutze seither egal für welches Land nur noch Notarity, heute innerhalb 10 Minuten alles erledigt, von Seite öffnen bis zu den beglaubigten Unterlagen. Macht weiter so.

Company calls me at 4am

The company called me at 4 AM—allegedly to confirm an appointment scheduled for 5 PM.
Additionally, they don't seem to handle customers' personal information responsibly. Despite multiple requests to delete my account and associated data—which they confirmed—I continue to receive automated emails, indicating that my data is likely still being stored.

Gut für Umwelt und Geldbörse

Viel Fahrzeit erspart und sehr wirtschaftlich, gut für Umwelt und besonders wenn viele Leute aus verschiedenen Gegenden notwendig sind, vor allem internationale Teilnehmer, ist das einfach sensationell effektiv.
Wir haben die letzten Monate zahlreiche Sitzungen so erledigt.

nie mehr physisch zum Notar

Ich nutze notarity seit einigen Jahren und bin seither nie wieder physisch bei einem Notar gewesen. Ich nutze notarity meistens als Plattform zur Abhaltung von Notariatsakten und bitte meinen Notar den Termin über notarity zu organisieren. Ich habe aber auch schon mal das Service genutzt, dass mir notarity den Notar sucht, mir ein Angebot stellt und ich dieses angenommen habe. Bis jetzt immer super zufrieden!
