Angebot kam schnell
Ich wollte ein Angebot für eine umfangreichere Leistung. Das bekam ich auch recht schnell. Der Preis schien okay. Kurz später wurde der Preis revidiert, weil das Partnernotariat vergessen hatte die Barauslagen einzurechnen. Na ja - das kann passieren. Ich warte jetzt noch auf Vergleichsangebote von Notariaten aus meiner Region. Mal sehen wie die sich schlagen.

Vorsicht Geld wird grundlos einbehalten
Wir haben einen Service rechtzeitig gekündigt und somit keinerlei Leistung in Anspruch genommen, bis auf 2 video ID Verfahren. Welche 15€ kosten, nach deren eigener Angabe auf der Website.
Nach unserer Kündigung haben wir eine undurchsichtige Rechnung erhalten. Es wurden völlig unberechtigt über 200€ einbehalten für eine Leistung die wir nie in Anspruch genommen haben. Berechtigt wären 30€ gewesen. Denn das Video ID verfahren haben wir ja auch genutzt. Auf diesen Misstand, mit der Bitte die völlig undurchsichtige Rechnung zu erklären, habe ich zweimal schriftlich hingewiesen. Da man offensichtlich keine Erklärung dafür hat und das Geld einfach willkürlich einbehalten, weil man unzufrieden damit ist deren Service nicht genutzt zu haben, warten wir bis heute auf eine Antwort. Diesen Laden kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen. Sehr kundenfeindlich und absolut schlecht geführt und extrem unprofessionell. Ein derart schlecht geführtes Unternehmen wird Gott sei dank nicht lange am Markt überleben.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit unserem Service unzufrieden waren und möchten gerne einige Punkte klären.
Ihre Terminabsage erfolgte leider weniger als 12 Stunden vor dem geplanten Termin. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war unser Notare bereits tätig und alle notwendigen Dokumente waren bereits vorbereitet. Auch führ das dazu, dass der blockierte Termin nicht buchbar ist.
Wir haben lediglich eine E-Mail vom 24.06. erhalten. Möglicherweise gab es technische Probleme, die dazu führten, dass weitere Nachrichten uns nicht erreicht haben. Sonst hätten wir Ihnen diese Gründe gerne auch früher schon offengelegt.
Wir haben uns auch per Mail an Sie gewendet. Wir hoffen, dass wir diese Angelegenheit noch klären können.

Easy to understand, perfect English, and made easy to sign the power of attorney. Only a bit expensive though.
