I was so impressed
I was so impressed to be able to do this from my laptop and had a notary online within minutes!! He was polite and helpful and efficient. I Saved time and money on travelling to an office.

This was an absolute scam
This was an absolute scam. Charged me 160$ for three signatures on one file, and then proceeded to say they couldn't sign it today. When I asked for a refund, they charged me 25% of my initial fee. Basically just scammed me out of 40$. Do not use these guys, they are the worst

The notary was prepared to proceed and also took the time to explain the specific requirements needed for your documents beyond the service originally booked. We recognize that these requirements aren’t always clear, and we do our best to guide clients so they understand what’s needed and any associated costs.
At that point, you chose to decline the guidance and cancel the service. As the notary had already dedicated time to your appointment, our standard cancellation fee was applied.
