The operator was very respectful and friedly, however because I'm not of age yet, they kindly told me that they were not able to provide your service to me. I rated three stars, simply because I cannot properly judge your service yet, however I will do so in the future.

All in all the people there are extremely friendly (Josh Stone)but the whole process took way too long. For one, I had to wait a total of a little more than six months until I received the visa where an acquaintance received within all four weeks. My biometric data alone took more than four weeks to submit and accept.
