Robyn made my experience so quick and easy. The full process was completely stress free and dealt with efficiently. I was provided with a hire car exceptionally quick and i was very satisfied with the turnaround time, extremely happy with the service i received and can’t thank Robyn enough!

Excellent and very efficient service. Lauren handled my claim and was helpful and informative. She quickly arranged for a like for like hire car and for my car to be collected and taken to a garage. My car was repaired within two weeks and looks brand new. Would recommend! Thank you for all the help and support! 🩷

G4Claims are top of the league when it comes to customer care. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. Katie from G4 claims helped guide me through each stage of the claim. She listened to me and gave great advice that supported us. I had a courtesy car the next day which reduced the stress of having no car, due to it being written off. This was a hassle free process and prompt.
The accident happened so fast, I quickly got out the car removed my baby from the wrecked car and got to safety. People came out their homes and cars to help.
I was very lucky as one of the people who came to help was Katie from G4claims who'd happened to be passing by.
I was bewildered and didn't know what to do. This lady advise me what to do and stayed with me for support. She offered to help with my baby as we were both in shock but my baby clung to me. Once the third party and I had exchanged details.
K and her family, helped us empty our car of our belongings and took us home. I am forever grateful for the compassion and support this company has provided.

My experience with G4 claims has been amazing I was so worried after my car had been hit with no fault of my own I got in touch with Katie Houston who was absolutely amazing with me and pointed me in the right direction, The same day I got a phone call from Lauren who was also amazing and again really helped me both girls kept in touch and sorted out my claim , got me a courtesy car booked and delivered to me and had my own car booked in and collected to go to the body shop . I can’t thank these girls enough for all their help as I had no clue where to start as the other vehicle drove away from the scene . Thank you so much for everything you both have done for me 😁 xx

Made the not so simple process of dealing with a crash/claim etc very easy and very simple. Great comms and very prompt with every decision that was needed. Would highly recommend.

They dealt with everything from start to finish, hire car was there the next day, my car was picked up to be repaired within a day or two. The customer service was 100% spot on. The local garage that recovered my motorbike recommended using G4 as insurance companies typically take your bike away and write it off even if the damage is minimal.
I contacted G4 and they dealt directly with the 3rd party insurers, got the bike fixed at the garage I wanted and kept me informed of the progress throughout. They dealt with all the finances and recouping of the costs. Excellent service from Lauren and the team.

Katie Houston dealt with my claim straight away - by getting my car booked in to get the damage examined the following day, sorting a hire car out for me, having my car fixed within 3 weeks of starting my claim and sorting my personal injury claim. Dealing with Katie has made the stress of a difficult situation easy. I really cant recommend Katie enough, through every step she was there to explain the process and give me updates on how things were progressing. She really is a credit to G4 Claims, I really couldn’t have done this without her.
