A survey of our drains revealed major issues in one part of our drainage system. We were given a quote for the repair works and everything was dealt with promptly. When Drainsmart personnel came to carry out the works there were different (unforeseeable) issues and the Drainsmart personnel adapted to the changed circumstances readily and happily (and there was no question of downing tools, revising their quote etc. They got on with things there and then – but kept us fully informed. Their personnel were extremely helpful and friendly and kept us fully informed. They inspired confidence (unlike the different drains company that repaired a different part of our drainage system 10 years ago). They kept to their original quote and everything was dealt with very professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends etc.

Following the Drain Smart survey , Ed and Jack arrived early ready to start . My questions were answered and explained in a friendly professional manner. After the works were completed, the integrity of the repair was demonstrated to me with the CCTV camera. The redundant leaking gully was also sealed off. Many thanks Guy

We had been let down by another drain survey company and so I tried DrainSmart. I was looking to get a drain survey and I was really impressed from the start - following my request there was a quick response with all the details that I needed. When I made a booking it was also a quick response. The engineers turned up on time and completed the survey with the minimum of fuss. I had ordered the rapid report and indeed it arrived on time. So for us, it was a good experience, the office staff were really efficient, the engineers were on time and we got our report in good time.

Needed a CCTV drain survey in Dulwich, found Drainsmart via a web search, they attended site very quickly, and carried out the survey. Terrible service. We needed to have a drain survey done quickly so booked an appointment for Tuesday 20th May. One day before the company cancelled with no explanation and offered us a date of 27th May. Very unprofessional.

Ed & Jack managed to solve the mystery of our missing manhole and left the area in a better state than when they found it. They not only probed the drain but managed to neatly cut away and make good both the downpipe and the sink outlet. Their stone work was as good as their plumbing. If you call Drainsmart, ensure you ask for Ed & Jack!

Ed and Jack did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing the drain beneath our flagstones with expert precision and minimal disruption. The staff at Drainsmart have been efficient, considerate and helpful at all times. We are very happy overall with the work they have done to resolve the drainage issues in our awkward old house.
