Hi Nils, we're truly sorry to read about your experience and, most importantly, that we let you down.

After reviewing your case, we completely understand your frustration. The parcel was unfortunately lost by the carrier, but where we really fell short was in our handling of the situation before and after, While our AI assistant was able to provide the shipping information it could see, it should have escalated the matter for human investigation once it became clear there was an issue.

We also want to sincerely apologise for the lack of follow-up from our customer service team. Our standard response time is 24-48 hours, and we failed to meet that expectation. Being left waiting for updates, a resolution, and confirmation of your refund is not the experience we want any customer to have.

You are absolutely right that a premium brand should be held to a higher standard, and in this instance we did not meet our own standards for either delivery or customer service.

Our team has now replied to you directly via email and taken action to resolve the matter. While we know this cannot undo the frustration and inconvenience caused, we hope it demonstrates that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to making things right.

Sizing can vary quite a bit between different brands, which is why we provide a detailed sizing chart to help customers choose the best fit. We’re always happy to assist with sizing before purchase, and you’re welcome to request a free exchange if you’d like to try a different size.

Regarding returns: our return labels are not free, but we only charge half of the actual courier cost. We never profit from returns, we simply cover part of the shipping fee so customers pay less than the real rate.

Our 247 Joggers and 365 Joggers are designed with a slim, tapered fit, but they definitely shouldn’t feel like thermals or “cheap” in quality. We’d really like to understand which model you received so we can look into this properly.

Regarding the return cost: we only charge half of the actual courier fee, and we never profit from returns. We know returns aren’t fun, so we always try to keep this as low as possible.

Regarding returns, we try to be as transparent as possible: exchanges are free, but returns aren’t, as clearly stated in our returns policy. That said, we offer a discounted return label, which are significantly lower than what most carriers charge if you ship it back yourself.
