I had a problem with my new Relaxed Jeans as there was a production flaw there. I wrote an email to C’est Normal support describing the issue. Zuzanna who instantly contacted me back was super kind and professional, and we resolved the issue immediately. I very much appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to talk to AI or a bot but got in touch with a competent person who help me out!

I had an issue with a pair of mis-stitched jeans, and the customer service team was amazing. They responded super quickly and sent me a brand new pair right away. On top of that, they let me keep the original pair and nicely suggested donating them to charit, which I will definitely do. Highly recommend!

Imagine you are going to buy a pair of jeans just to realize that the quality is bad and not worth 130 Euros! Then you have to pay 20 Euros for the shipping & the return fee. This is ridiculous.

Very disappointing experience with this company’s refund policy and customer service. I initially paid €124, including shipping, and even paid EXTRA for the return, yet received only €106 back. I also tried to arrange an exchange, but according to their customer representative, Zuzanna, it is apparently impossible in 2026 to change a refund to an exchange in their system.

They also talk about being a small business, despite having a reported turnover of €4.2 million. This experience felt unfair, inflexible, and unnecessarily complicated. The customer service was very unpleasant, and the whole process left a really bad impression.

I will never buy from this company again, and I definitely do not recommend them. There are plenty of businesses that treat their customers better.

My first purchase from Cest Normal, went super smooth and easy. Had a small problem with one of the shoes after the deliverance, needed a change, was super quick and with very high service handled by Zuzanna at their support. I am very happy with my stuff from them and I can highly recommend you the sneakers and jeans, top class!

I had an issue with a jet black pair of their relaxed straight fit Jeans. Sadly the colour faded after one wash and so I hoped to replace them.

After contacting the customer service with this, they reached out back within the promised 24h time period.

I provided pictures of the damage and instantly they promised a replacement.

Great quality and great customer support when i had an issue.

I received my order late on Friday evening, and when I opened the package, I noticed that one of the T-shirts had some paint damage(white spots). I sent customer service some photos same evening, and I was absolutely amazed to receive a reply on Saturday morning saying that they had already prepared new T-shirt as replacement. They even told me that I could keep the damaged T-shirt or donate it if I prefer.

I was honestly shocked by how quickly they responded and how efficiently the whole issue was resolved. This is truly outstanding customer service — incredibly fast, professional, and hassle-free. I couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you so much!

Great jeans. I love the fit, stain, and stretch on both pairs I have. When one of the buttons on my most recent pair started becoming detached from the jeans, C'est normal was very quick to send a new pair. Great customer service that stands behind a premium product.

The design is sleek, and everything is well packed!
