Been using Notino years already and they never have not been letting me down

My shopping was easy and prices are customer friendly. They promised a delivery also in 5 days. Fingers crossed.

The product is genuine. And I loved the fragrance.

I’ve ordered from Notino.ee several times during their “free gift” or discount code promotions, but I’ve never received the promised gifts — and many discount codes simply don’t work.

Every time I contact customer service, they say the promotion only applies “while stocks last,” yet the same campaigns remain visible on their website. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Be cautious — both the gift and discount promotions are often unreliable.

I like the e-shop and sales/coupons and everything but the experience would be better if my package would arrive faster.

It was very easy to place an order because all the products were easy to find and had very good descriptions. Shipping also works well and the ordered items arrived within a few days. Very convenient.

As I wrote in a previous feedback immediately after getting this Chanel powder, colour no. 20, I was happy that Notino could deliver it in Estonia, because neither Kaubamaja or Stockmann had it, they had no. 30 only, which is too tanned. Thank you Notino.

Overall good, but sneaking an extra fee in the basket is not a good way to do business. I'd choose to buy elsewhere if possible.
