application is straightforward. no peeling off even after my daily routine. Shipping updates were also consistent so I knew when to expect my order every time.

sticks all day, no adjustments needed and I didn't get any irritations. love the colors too!

Started using these during a recent trip since I didn't want to worry about anything falling off or needing constant replacement. They held up really well through long days, showers, and even sleeping, which honestly surprised me. They are super easy to use and feel light on the skin, so I barely noticed them after a while. Overall, really happy with how they performed and I'd definitely use them again.

I've tried dozens of covers for my sensor, but this is in a league of its own. They are so easy to apply, absolutely no fumbling around or wasting patches. I love that they are already precision-cut to shape, so there's no need for scissors. Most importantly, when it's time for a change, the patch peels of cleanly without taking my CGM with it. Five stars for design and reliablity.

These are the only ones that don't irritate my sensitive skin while actually staying put for the full 14 days. Whether I'm at the gym or in the pool, I never have to worry about my sensor falling off. The colors are fun, the material is premium, and the customer service is world-class.

I've been using these patches and I'm beyond impressed. The patches stay secure through intense workouts, swimming, and daily showers without irritating my skin. The material is high-quality and the range of colors is great. It's given me so much more confidence and freedom with my sensor.

Lasts way longer than any other patches I've tried. Doesn't come off even with daily shower and at least one training session per day.

My patches weren't staying on which was heart wrenching as I'd read so much good stuff on these guys. So I contacted them and we worked through all the steps I should be taking, which I was. They also gave me extra advice as well. They have been very polite and SUPER easy to deal with (never belittling and never felt I was wasting their time). Won't be getting my patches from anywhere else from now on.

This is my second pack of patches.
The first were excellent, easy to apply and stayed put for the life of the sensor.
I ordered the same product again, or so I thought!
The second pack were a different
design, trickier to apply and only stayed stuck for a week.

Got in touch as invited.
Was told that because I purchased the patches via Amazon, I couldn't be given replacements directly, had to go through Amazon.
At this point I gave up and put it down to experience and will be using another product in future

bought one from Amazon and I really liked this compared to the ones I was using. The grip is there which shows good adhesive used. definitely not just a patch.

For the moment I'm pretty happy with those and I've tried soo many options that failed. I directly put one when I received my order, it's been 9/10 days and it sticks, daily activities & showers are ok. The only thing is the X ones are huge for a Freestyle sensor and I icing on the cake took bright pink colour lol ... First days I only saw that big bright cross on my arm, now it's nearly winter time in my country so it's ok, been covered with sleeve, but I'll be more concerned in warmer days ... Gotta try some smaller model ... I put 4 stars because delivery was kinda slow ..

good adhesive and waterproofing is great. not worried with it getting wet or what.

Suffered skin burns following application of NJAP. Sent emails including photos and NJAP initially responded promising full investigation. 2 months on, nothing and now completely ignoring me. One last chance sent today. Will be reporting to yellowcard and trading standards.

The website was incredibly glitchy. It wasn't possible to make a purchase with a Visa card so didnt buy the product

Patches are OK - they stick quite well, seem waterproof, and are easier than the Medtronic provided originals.
However, be careful with the order process - offer codes vanish after you enter them, and the customer service if that happens is spectacularly unsupportive.

it held through water which is a plus for me. I often get my patches wet but this is the only one so far that does not lose the adhesive.

Very easy to use. Peels off cleanly without taking my CGM with it. The adhesive is just fine as well. Great experience overall

I ordered 2 different sets of patches, one of which was for the wrong type of libre device. I noticed straight away and emailed the company. I had nothing back from them, I am now trying to return the wrong item. While there website says you can return a product within 30 days it gives no proper details on how to rerun. Iv emailed and again have had nothing back from them. With no phone number the company is impossible to get hold of. The shipping also took much longer than 2-4 days as claimed by the company. Would not order again and wish I had read the trust pilot reviews first

Never received my order because the delivery driver took it straight to a pick up location and hever informed me about this - so far not their fault. But then i forgot about it for quite some time and gave them a heads up only recently. Now they are telling me they can't refund me because PayPal wouldn't allow them anymore to refund the order. This may be the case, because PayPal buyer protection has also run out a few weeks ago. But still: they could just refund me via bank transfer or similar. Effectively, this company pocketed 40€
