Patches work fine. Even when i had ones that didn't stick well i got free replacements from customer support.

I’m impressed. They hold up really well even through daily workouts and swimming sessions, they stayed on without peeling at the edges. they’re not overly sticky, so they don’t leave a ton of residue or irritate my skin. Literally a live saver!

This company is a scam - avoid at all cost.

None of the information they provide is truthful. Their customer service consists of empty statements and lies. They do not even want to answer the phone, something they admitted to when asked to give me a call. I have never come across a company that blatantly treats its "customers" with such disdain.

Sent numerous complaint emails and they just stop replying when it gets too uncomfortable for them to answer questions.

They will literally tey any excuse (read lie) to get you to give up with pursuing your enquiry.

Terrible customer service!!! Ordered the wrong patch for my husband and realized it right away. Immediately emailed the company about canceling or changing order to the correct patch. This was one a Saturday. There shipping says it will ship within one business day from order. No replied to my email until Tuesday not had I received a shipping confirmation. Finally received an email that orders ship immediately and that neither option was a possibility. I replied saying I hadn’t even received a shipping confirmation email yet. The next day I get the shipping email and a few minutes later a reply to my email with the tracking number saying to check my spam folder because it had already shipped like they previously stated and here was the tracking. The timing was so off I know they were not even close to truthful and I will never order from them again.

I ordered Skin Glu from this website, delivery time was good however the product itself does not help at all with adhesion, I followed as per the directions and within hours my CGM fell out. However what has annoyed me most is their website keeps deleting the review I leave for the product. Very horrible customer service in that regard and disgusting business behaviour to hide negative reviews and only show the positive ones.

these things are massive id avoid still waiting for the 30 day money back grantee as there is no way i can wear these they r 3 times the size of any other patch ive used its like wearing a gauze bandage wtf

False advertisement on delivery time. They claim 2-3 days and I’ve been waiting a month now. No customer service responding to my email enquiries

Wow, now that I'm reading all of the negative reviews due to customer service and delivery delays, I am really sorry that I bothered ordering this, as I am now experiencing the same problems. It's been over a week since I placed my order -- despite the ridiculous claim on their website that 95% of orders arrive in 2-4 days (on what planet?) -- and there has been zero response to my email queries. I sooooo wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before placing my order.

I'm allergic to the adhesive they use. It causes me to start itching within 24 hours and by 48 I have sores on my skin from the adhesive. I haven't ever had a reaction like this to any adhesive before.

Horrible quality, cheap paper like material allows zero movement of your body otherwise it peels right off your skin but don't worry it won't come off your dexcom so if it starts to peel which it will within the first hour it will take off your brand new dexcom that needs to stay on for 2 weeks! I will be demanding a return and refund for this garbage

Delivery is poor. Responsiveness to emails is poor. I’ve been waiting 18 days so far for my patches and they are still ‘arrived in country’. I received 1 email saying they would contact the courier and the next to say’ has nobody been in touch?’ In the past I have found the patches work quite well for me but I’ll not be ordering again unless they are coming from Uk.
Addendum: the patches arrived on day 19 just after writing this review.

Poor quality put my libre 2 device on 2 days ago and already gone through 3 patches not waterproof just had a shower and they come off so need to put another one on no reply from email save your money

As far as the product goes, they work really well. But as for the company and delivery claims.. take that with a pinch of salt. I'm based in the UK and apparently they ...' have warehouses in Europe, North America, and Australia. All orders arrive 2-4 days from the order date.' This is utter BS. I have never had an order arrive quicker than 10 days after ordering.

An excellent product, the patches stick really well, allowing you to go about your daily business, in the knowledge that 'not just a patch' are securely fixed. They're comfortable, and don't pull on the skin. I sometimes use a alcohol wipe to start lifting the patch away from skin, swimming, gardening, zumba, climbing - whatever your hobbies are, keep enjoying them. I notice that people are writing about poor communication and slow posting, personally I went via Amazon.uk, and haven't had any problems.

They don’t respond to emails, have told me multiple times, “sorry, it went into a different folder,” keep giving me excuses re: delivery. “95% arrive in 2-4 days,” okay fine, your website says all orders within 4 days and astronomical shipping fees to enable the speedy delivery. Have requested a refund twice now with no answer, so I am about to initiate a charge back with my credit card. I wonder if the refund has gone into the same ether your rep tells me my order has gone into.

The patch itself is okay. But there are others out there equally as good, if not better. Reason for the 1 star review is due to slow shipping, poor/rude customer service and now being spammed with unwanted emails. Their website says 2-4 days shipping for most orders (US & Canada), but package didn't even start moving for a week and a half. Not just 1 order but similar delay for the 2 orders my partner ordered. Emails/messages go ignored by company. Now they continue to spam my email with sales emails. There is no "unsubscribe" on their emails and when I email to say take my email off their list, it's ignored (that's the one thing they're really good at!). Do your research - other Patches are just a good, or better, and have much better delivery timelines
