Subscription Accessibility Needs Improvement, but Issue was Ultimately Resolved
I initially had a very frustrating experience with this company regarding a subscription renewal and the accessibility of its subscription management system.
In my experience, the active subscription was not visible anywhere within the account dashboard or standard navigation areas (orders, profile, settings). I was only able to find it through a link in the footer of the website. Once I located it, I cancelled immediately and requested a refund, but my initial request was denied.
After further communication and escalation, the company ultimately issued me a full refund and responded professionally. I appreciate that they reconsidered the situation and resolved the matter.
I still believe that the company's subscription accessibility and management process should be improved so customers can more easily locate and manage active subscriptions within their accounts. However, I also want to acknowledge that the company ultimately resolved my request.

I’m very happy with the andro ease
I’m very happy with the andro ease. It took about 2 months to fully start working but I no longer get hormonal breakouts as an 47 year old female. Additionally I’ve had great experience with customer service. They are prompt to respond and always very kind.

Dishonest and Preying on People Who Are Looking for Hope
I ordered this almost two weeks ago. I have yet to receive it. I emailed twice, the first time reassuring me that “things happen” and that it’s beyond their control once it’s shipped, but email them again if I still haven’t heard anything.
I emailed again and got the exact same canned response from AI that I got the first time. I REALLY wanted to try and believe in this product. The shipping tracking goes nowhere, they don’t even tell you what company it ships through. It said 1-3 days and it’s been more than 10 at this point with no information. How businesses can prey on desperate people is sad and beyond me. I am so discouraged at this point. The dishonesty is truly upsetting.

I checked your account and saw that you paused your subscription from January 2, 2026, to April 2, 2026. Since the subscription is set to renew on April 2, it was processed at that time. It didn’t resume automatically on our end and followed the renewal schedule set in your account.

I have loved using the Nourished Natural products! The products have truly helped my health and PCOS symptoms. I recently found out I am pregnant and needed help cancelling my subscription for the time being. Customer service was fast and responsive! So helpful and understanding. They even helped get a refund when I thought I had cancelled before. I appreciate their help and their products! I recommend their products to friends and am so thankful for the results. Leila in customer service was a great help. I had issues getting my subscription cancelled before I would be getting more product as my Dr had changed my medications just in the last two weeks and I wouldn’t be needing it. Everyone was great and very accommodating. I’m glad I reached out for help.

Promised Subscription Change, Then Denied - Only Received Partial Credit After Return
In April 2025, I contacted Nourished Natural Health to cancel or modify my annual prepaid subscription. By that point I had accumulated far more product than I could use, and after taking the Androgen Blocker Plus for several months I had not seen any noticeable results.
According to the website, prepaid subscribers can change the product in their subscription. However, when I tried to do this through my account, the site repeatedly gave me an error. Because of this, I reached out to customer service for help.
The first response I received was very reassuring. I was told they would look into switching the product and follow up. Shortly after, they confirmed they could “definitely swap the products” in my subscription and asked which product I would like instead.
After I selected a new product, the response suddenly changed. I was told the system would not allow the change and that I would continue receiving the Androgen Blocker Plus through January 16, 2026. When I expressed confusion about the conflicting information, I was then told that because my plan was prepaid, product changes were not allowed after all.
The only workaround offered was to return unopened bottles for store credit. By that time I had accumulated 12 bottles, which corresponded to the full subscription timeline, so I returned them following their instructions.
Once the return was received, I was informed that 6 of the 12 bottles were considered expired and therefore not eligible for store credit, leaving me with credit for only half of the products.
What made this even more frustrating is that the expiration date on the bottles is located beneath a QR code sticker on the bottom. When you remove the sticker to check the expiration date, the printed date comes off with it and becomes distorted. This makes it difficult to verify the expiration date without damaging the label, which then appears to be used as a reason to deny credit.
In the end, despite contacting the company months earlier, following their instructions, and returning the products as directed, I received only partial credit for a prepaid subscription I had attempted to modify long before the products accumulated.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering a prepaid subscription to read the policies very carefully before committing.

The company handled my issue with compassion
I want to be transparent about my experience. I have had a subscription for a short time and really enjoy the PCOS vitamins and supplements. They really do help and they are high quality. I had an issue with my subscription renewing without the usual confirmation email. When I woke up to my card being processed, I immediately emailed to ask about canceling this month due to finances. I just don’t have the money right now due to life circumstances (moving and having to buy a new vehicle). Before I got a response, I got an email saying the order shipped. Props to company for being for prompt, however due to extremely fast shipping status, by the time I received a reply I was given the policy about how nothing could be done and the order could not be cancelled. I was told I could send back the order upon arrival for $10 and then get a credit for when I want to order again. I was initially very frustrated. I was told this is policy. I was able to go and cancel my membership, but I did express that I was very disheartened with the policy. I received a follow up email from a far more compassionate representative hours later who made this situation right for me and I am very grateful! This is the customer service that stands out and for this alone, I will return as a customer again when I am financially able to budget it back in. Thank you Nourished Naturals for doing the right thing in the end. I would recommend an updated policy / leading with compassion. Overall, I am very satisfied with how the situation concluded. And above all, the supplements are fantastic!

This is the only thing that works for my cystic acne!
I have been taking the androgen blocker for a year now, I can honestly say it's been a lifesaver. I suffered with horrible cystic acne breakouts for more than 10 years now, this is the only thing that helps me.

I took the androgen blocker for 3 months and the only I noticed was I had a normal period. I still suffered with the chin hair and lossing my scalp hair. Did not notice much. I won't spend the money I work so hard to get for so little results.

That said, we completely understand that improvements in cycle regularity may not feel like enough if chin hair and scalp hair changes did not improve. Those symptoms can take longer to shift, and in some cases may require additional support depending on the underlying driver, whether that is insulin resistance, adrenal involvement, inflammation, or other factors.
Hair related symptoms, especially scalp hair thinning, are often slower to respond because of the hair growth cycle itself. Cancellation
They hinge on you not canceling your subscription and making sure you can't get a refund. Charge you for fast shipping and then tell you they cant refund you because of the fast processing time for the fast shipping that you never ordered.
If you go to cancel your subscription there are quite a few 'are you sure?' pages and spam you have to continue clicking yes through in order to actually cancel.
Customer service says they are sorry for the outcome but obviously not otherwise the company wouldn't scam people this way.
Really disappointed they would create a system that takes advantage of people trying to better their health. I really wish this was a company I could recommend to people.

Our subscription cancellation flow does include multiple confirmation steps. This isn’t designed to trap anyone — it’s there because a large number of customers in the past accidentally canceled when they intended to reschedule, skip, or adjust their delivery. We also use that space to offer options like delaying, swapping products, or updating frequency, as many customers prefer flexibility rather than fully canceling.
That said, cancellation should still feel clear and respectful. If it felt overwhelming or excessive, that feedback is genuinely valuable and something we take seriously.
Regarding express shipping, those orders are processed immediately so we can dispatch them as quickly as possible, which can limit changes once fulfillment begins. We would never intentionally add shipping that wasn’t selected, and we’re very happy to review your specific order to understand exactly what happened.

Good communication
The company is good about sending out the product, communication is excellent but I really can’t say how well or not the products worked. I was ordering them for my daughter who suffers from PCI’s but she really wasn’t taking them like she was supposed to so I have no review for the product.
