They state that there is a 101 day return if you are not satisfied with their product - after a review of otherâs experience, I decided to order a 3-month bundle since thatâs the best way to determine the effectiveness of the androease product I was trying out. What I do not appreciate and the tactic that they are using to make more money after offering a better price and the 101 day satisfaction is that when you make the subscription of the three month option, they make it so that it automatically renews every month; unfortunately i asked someone to confirm when it would renew next because i suspected that would possibly be the case and it was too late; if the product works then thatâs okay, however if it doesnât then Iâm only entitled to that first order being returned and not the second. Itâs a pretty lame tactic to make money. Why would it be an option to have a monthly subscription on an order of a three month supply?

I want to clarify how the 3-month bundle works, as there may have been some confusion. The 3-month supply option is offered at a discounted rate because it is set up as a subscription. The intention behind this is to support consistency (which is especially important with products like Androease) and to ensure customers donât run out mid-protocol. Itâs not designed to generate extra charges unexpectedly.
That said, the renewal timing should always be clear at checkout and in your confirmation emails. If that wasnât obvious, thatâs feedback we genuinely take seriously. We never want anyone to feel caught off guard.
Regarding the 101-day guarantee - it applies to your first purchase so customers can trial the product with confidence. Subsequent renewal orders are not covered under that same policy, which is standard for most supplement guarantees, but we absolutely understand how this can feel disappointing if you werenât expecting the renewal.
Youâre always able to cancel, skip, or adjust your subscription inside your customer portal at any time. But if the renewal caught you off guard, please reach out to our support team with your order number so we can review your situation personally. We always aim to be fair and reasonable.

Did not work at all for me. Nothing changed for my acne and it made me nauseous. Beware of the "money back guarantee." You have to show multiple forms of proof and are only refunded/given store credit for 60 days worth of product.

I am really sorry to hear this was your experience, especially while dealing with acne and then feeling nauseous as well. That would be incredibly frustrating.
We would never want someone to continue taking a product that makes them feel unwell. Nausea can sometimes occur if supplements are taken on an empty stomach or if the body is adjusting, but that does not make it any less uncomfortable. If it does not feel right for you, it is completely reasonable to stop.
Regarding our results commitment, we require a minimum of 60 doses, which equals two bottles, to be taken consistently before results are assessed. Products like this are designed to support underlying hormonal drivers over time, and meaningful change typically requires at least 60 days of consistent use. Taking fewer than 60 doses does not allow enough time to fairly evaluate effectiveness.
As part of our results commitment, we refund the first two bottles if 60 doses have been taken consistently and there has been no improvement. We do request some information during the process. This is not intended to make things difficult. It helps us confirm dosage and consistency, which directly impact outcomes, and ensures the policy is used fairly.

Untrustworthy Company â Avoid at All Costs
I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I had a terrible experience with their auto-ship subscription, poor customer service, and deceptive refund policy.
I contacted them multiple times over two consecutive months to cancel my subscription. I had pills remaining and was experiencing nausea and stomach discomfort, so I wanted to pause to determine if the product was the cause. Despite informing them that I didnât want another shipment since I had unused product left, they still charged me and sent more product.
I thought they stopped the shipment but after receiving another email I realized they did not. After confirming that the pills were causing the nausea, I requested the auto ship to be cancelled and the next order not sent again since they did not cancel the last one and a refund under their money-back guarantee, which they advertise on their website. They refused â claiming a âno refundâ policy, which completely contradicts what they publicly promote.
They even responded to my bank during an ongoing dispute claiming the charge was valid, without acknowledging their mistake or my cancellation requests.
After checking the Better Business Bureau, I found they already have an F rating and multiple unresolved complaints â a red flag I wish I had seen sooner.
This company shows no accountability, uses misleading refund language, and does not treat customers fairly. Save yourself the stress and do not buy from them.

I have problems with my PCOS and my acne got really bad all of a sudden. I've been looking for a solution for a year and then I tried the AndroEase supplement that helped me so much! Proven to be effective
I ordered a 3 month supply of the PCOS bundle and am now 2 months in with really promising results. I had already been taking myo inositol for a while before, so had a bit longer for this to support hormone function, but I have now had 2 consecutive natural periods, which I've never had before. My skin is also much clearer!! Skin health was my main concern and I was having regular acne break outs. I would say it's reduced by a good 60% already and what's left feels way less inflamed. I've also noticed an increase in energy levels and I'm not having to nap as much though the day (didn't even realise this was due to PCOS thought I was just a sleepy person lol) I've now re-ordered the 6 month subscription and plan to continue indefinitely :)
My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is delivery. I'm ordering internationally to the UK, so was already a bit anxious. Both orders have required follow up emails due to delay in posting. However, the customer service team have always responded promptly and rectified. I imagine it is a small business with increasing demand and it might have a few teething problems but I truly believe the benefits outweigh this and the fact you can speak with someone quickly who can reassure where your oder is. My plan is to just re-order the 6month supply every 4 months to allow extra time for the product to arrive :)

Yesterday night I made my first order on the website. The payment went, but after the payment there were two unauthorized payments they tried to make directly on my card. I woke up this morning with my card blocked.
I want to update my review by saying that, not only the order arrived more than a month after the moment I've made it, but I got scammed again! The order said that the shipping was free, but when the package arrived at home, they requested 27 euros to leave the package!!!! Completely scammed by this website, please read the reviews before buying from them, I wish I had trusted the negative reviews before ordering.
