Poor customer service.
Food delivered that was not cool to touch (breaches health and safety standards); cancelled after the second time this happened but no response from the company - despite giving reason for cancellation.
Would not recommend.

I placed an order with them because the website said they delivered twice a week. After placing my order, I found out they only deliver once a week. I cancelled my order the same day. It's been 2 weeks and still no refund. I've sent so many emails, but had no response. I'm sorry, I could never use these guys. I'm now doing a Visa dispute to get my money back.

Good communication, good service & the honey salmon and sweet potato dish goes down a treat!

Food is Substandard at best. Customer service is a shambles! I have sent endless messages and all have been ignored on something that could be easily rectified. They took money from my bank account without authorisation, so will be contacting Trading Standards regarding this matter! I have tried several companies like this and Nourish Fit Food are by far the worst!! I am so angry 😡

Food arrived twice not properly cooled so had to throw it in the bin twice. Director didn't really seem to care as he never replied to my last email.

This is an honest review and hope the owners read this and sort themselves out.

The positives - great concept. its easy to order and convenient . Just microwave and ready to go without the hassle of prep or shopping for food. Website is nice and clean and is easy to change meals.

And.. thats as far as it goes. The containers sometimes come broken and leak everywhere. Its quite hit and miss. But by far the biggest let down is the food. The photos on the website don`t represent what you actually get. And when it comes to taste , its absolutely shocking!!! Lasy year some of their meals was quite nice but now they are just disgusting and taste weird. For example the beef stroganoff after being microwaved comes out congealed gunge. The massaman curry just tastes unpleasent and the chicken dishes have little to no taste. I put up with it because I was desperate to lose weight with these meals so I stuck it out for a few weeks. I then decided to try another prep meal service elsewhere and the difference is night and day! even though they are similarly priced! Nourish are taking the pish!! Do they actually microwave and try their own food?? Anyway try it yourself and you`ll see exactly what I mean. I`m voting with my feet and will not be using nourish again they must have morons running the show.

Having recently swapped from a three month spell with one of your competitors, the change of menu was needed.

I really enjoyed your fish dishes and whilst im going to have a few weeks with other chefs I will certainly be returning in the not so distance future.

Meals looked disgusting, but they tasted worse than I could have expected. They all had that 'twang' of old processed food - like if you buy a ready cut stir fry mix from the supermarket. Don't waste your money

We order here regulary, the prices are fair and the quality is amazing.

First half of the weeks food arrived and no sign of the second half even two weeks later 😆 no desire to fix the problem and the food is absolutely basic. Would not return.

The Chicken Katsu is a great dish. I love it and eat it very often.

I don't usually write reviews like this but I have to say this food was actually inedible. You should not be promoting the pictures you do on your website when what turns up looks absolutely nothing like it. Portions are tiny and some of the beef and chicken tasted so so bad.

Pretty much one of the worst customers experiences I’ve ever had. DPD failed to deliver (just didn’t show up).

So far no one has returned my email at Nourish Fit asking for a refund that I sent a week ago. I spent a whole Sunday waiting in and I’m out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

I would not use this company they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Most of the meals are really tasty and they are great for tracking calories/macros. We used the service for about 5 weeks but cancelled our subscription due to poor customer services. Our second delivery arrived damaged and when I emailed about this I got a prompt response and a credit for the lost meal which was great. However, we’ve since had a meal with a hair embedded in to the chicken, I sent an email including images of this and had no reply, I’ve now chased it three times. I also had two of the wrong meals delivered on a subsequent week which I’ve had no reply about and I emailed asking for the level of personal information (full address, email address and contact number) to be removed from the paper work as I felt it was unnecessary and a golden ticket in the wrong hands and as you can probably guess no reply to this either (chased several times). The email address used was the same as the first issue to I’m not sure why I’ve had no further replies but I’ve also had a letter from hello fresh and another company since subscribing to this so I expect my data has been shared.

Good food, fast delivery,affordable prices.Highly recommended.
