Nous is so easy you don’t have to do anything, it does it all for you and saves you money! So happy with the service. You also receive what’s app updates. Very good value for money.

​I don’t usually write reviews, but Nous has genuinely earned this one. I was skeptical about how much they could actually do, but they’ve managed to slash my monthly outgoings significantly.
​The biggest wins were on my phone bill and energy costs. They identified much better deals than I was able to find on my own and handled the heavy lifting of the switch. It’s such a relief to know I’m no longer overpaying just because I didn't have the time to sit on hold or compare a hundred different rates.

I’ve been using Nous for a few years now and have switched energy, WiFi and mobile providers with them. They make the process easy, straightforward and explain everything clearly. They’re also easy to contact and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I can’t quite believe how simple and speedy this was. Wry little info required and they worked efficiently to sort a new cheaper tariff on an energy bill. Impressive. I will use them again and highly recommended. They keep you updated every step of the way with helpful information.

The team at Nous have been incredibly helpful - not just in reducing my bills but also staying in touch with clear (and friendly!) communication.

Very easy to switch broadband provider, Nous contacted both old and new provider and sorted the changeover date plus Openreach installation.

Nous made it really easy to transfer my mobile contract with only one hiccup in the process meaning I had to contact my new providers CS (which was only a slight inconvenience) overall very happy with the little involvement from my side!

Experience was easy however Ive since changed to octopus and saved £31 amonth so sadly you definitely didn't offer the cheapest option!

Quick response times, clear information, smooth transition between service providers.

AVOID! Be warned they will start a switch without your consent! I only realised when I had a notification to say a direct debit was set up and had definitely never agreed any kind of switch with them!

Avoid and do it yourself!

Not entirely sure this saved me money as I got hit with leaving fees even though I was staying with the same energy company just switching. Won’t use Nous again as I could have just phoned the company and got them to change the tariff without incurring the exit fee’s.
