Spoke to Jordan and he handled my insurance enquiry quickly and it was set up in a couple of minutes . Would recommend this company.

Informed Nova Insurance of my move to my property that I had previously rented out. Was told that I will be receiving the difference on the policy. I wasn’t expecting a 650 dollar check, and I received it two weeks after change notification. My insurance also dropped 30%. Been a customer for 9 years, never had any issues. So far, only had positive experiences with them, no complaints.

The person that I spoke to Fae Tyler, was polite, courteous and very good at providing a quote for an uninhabited property. It was dealt with quickly, with no fuss and I agreed to the policy on the call. Fae was very personable

After a full day of dealing with rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff from other Insurance companies, Kieran at Nova Insurance made my enquiry an easy and pleasent experience. I phoned several companies during the day to enquire about insurance for my mother who is very unwell, and all they wanted to do was sell me add on extras policies rather than deal with the actual enquiry.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough!
(Tip: As with all Insurance companies make sure you read all the paperwork you receive after the policy has been agreed to comply with the regulations)

I called Nova to ask about insurance for an unoccupied property . I spoke to Jack Fuller who provided a very efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble , he explained everything in detail and all documents were sent to me same day . Excellent service , I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Awful company, when requesting quotes they lie to get you take a policy sooner than you need to, they’re rude, when I cancelled they didn’t refund my money and although with 14 days they tried to say they paid insurers and it was going to be 6-8 weeks when they never paid anyone. They are getting fake reviews from their staff! Genuinely poor service, liars and are rude! DO NOT USE THEM! Will report them to FOS & FCA
