Thought this was a legit Canadian company but the orthohike shoes I ordered were very poor quality, straight from China. They have no warehouses in Canada so returns are a nightmare and they do not recommend you return anything anyway so good luck if it doesn't fit. Also, be very wary of sizing. It is European sizing and they did not match it up with North American very well so I am stuck with poor quality shoes that do not fit and my own expense to return to China. My loss and lesson learned.

Terrible products. I ordered a pair of shoes that were 50% off so priced at $65, which is still good money for what was to be a good leather shoe. The shoes arrived and looked decent however the very first day I wore the shoes the heal broke. When I requested a refund I was denied as they said as per the policy refunds are only given for unused, undamaged goods and they said that when the items shipped they were not damaged.
What a terrible customer service policy! Clearly their products are poorly made DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This scam!! I ordered a leather purse and sandals , the site looked very legit, the purse is for garbage and sandals never showd up!! Please don’t loose your money! Never shop from them!
Why do they let sites like that exist and steel people’s money?? Especially on Facebook!! They should have more legit sites there!

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! Order placed in December, now April and never got it. Norhing but BS promises from company. They refuse to comply with provincial laws about cencelling the order and returning my money. THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD.

I don't even want to give them one star. This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered boots back in December and here it is The end of March and the boots have not arrived. I've emailed them several times and all I get is excuses. I now will be contacting my bank and filing a report with them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

For some reason I didn’t read the reviews for this company, like I usually do. The marketing was so convincing that I decided to purchase a holiday dress in December. I realized in early March that I’d never received it, and when I followed up, I got the automatic bot responses from their customer service. I called my bank and disputed the charge. The dress finally arrived the other day. The tags are missing and it looks like it’s been worn already. The quality is really cheap.

This company is awful. Thought I was ordering Canadian but found out product is from China. Same story as others. Ordered beginning of January and it finally arrived today after numerous emails to them. They lied about it being in Canada. Arrived March 13 in Canada. The product is absolute crap! Lesson learned I guess.

Ordered boots in December with the thought I was supporting a Canadian company and here we are mid March with no boots. Have emailed asking for my money to be told I can't have my money back as the boots are still on the way. Would prefer to give ZERO stars.

Scam. Ordered boots December. Felt like it was a canadian company. Now 3 months later still nothing. Automated bot emailed response to be patient for delivery. Request for refund prob not going to happen. Anyone has an idea how we get our money back?

If there were an option for 0 stars that is the one I would have chosen. I ordered January 11, today is March 15 and I have received nothing. The email responses I get are generated by AI, not a real person, and I have written numerous times. I agree with all of the other bad reviews, this company is a total scam. Do not, do not buy anything from their website. Plus, I am disgusted that Shopify would sully their reputation by endorsing Nova Montreal.

As with everyone else, I was scammed on this site, luckily for only about $65, but it is still theft. How do we catch up with this "company"? What is the process?
Order placed Dec 18, as of March 15 it has not arrived. Communication with them is similar to other writers here. I don't believe they exist or sell clothes.

I hope people read these views before buying anything from this site. It’s definitely a scam. I ordered a month ago and haven’t received my package yet. There’s an email only and you can contact them through email. Every time you ask about your package the same response will come that “Your package is on its way”. I am pretty sure that I will not receive anything after reading all these reviews. I just wish that I can save others from being scammed. Please DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I should have dug deeper in the reviews
I thought I was ordering from a legit clothing store in Montreal with I week delivery instead order was stuck in China and still hasn't arrived
I tried emailing to the company and Jennifer states it is on the way just be patient
I want the order cancelled and my money returned

Nova Montreal website with glowing reviews from trust pilot they also state they ship item 2 to 3 business days via Canada Post everything seems legit....scam
I ordered a coat after 24days received a top cheap and poor quality
They would refund my money if I returned it and provided a tracking number it was to be returned to a st address in Paris France it would cost me $ 70 Canada Post the item I ordered was 79.95 also the return address was a street address and no company name also I googled the address and it was a cafe and some empty offices
This is very stressful but working with PayPal I will get my money back
I hope nobody orders from them and they get closed down

Would give 0/5 if I could. Clothing was NOT AT ALL as advertised and wished I read reviews before ordering. Should have been a red flag that they don't list what the clothing materials are, because what I received my Samatha Knit Set I was shocked that not only did it not look like the picture advertised, it was a 100% polyester nightmare. Advertised as "This luxurious outfit, featuring a soft knit turtleneck sweater and loose-fitting pants, envelops you in warmth and style". "Soft, breathable material for warmth and comfort." 100% polyester I assure you is not soft, breathable, comfortable or stylish. The cut is clearly a shitty attempt to recreate the clothing in the advertised photo. The cowl neck is MASSIVE and because its polyester it doesn't hang any way that looks correct since its stiff, with plastic feeling edges that irritate your skin whenever it touches your neck. The pants are literally two legs and a plastic waistband. Complete false advertising, feel ashamed for supporting what is clearly sweatshop clothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The WORST experience ever, this website is a complete scam. I usually read reviews but not sure why I didn't this time. I ordered a pant in December 4th and today March 8 it is still not arrived. They keep telling me the same thing everytime i emailed them that they are experiencing a high volume of shipment and apologized for the delay. They would not even refund me my money. I will never buy again from them and will seek advice from my legal advisor now.

My husband ordered a coat for me in December, 2024. It still hasn’t arrived, March 17, 2025. Wish I had read these reviews before! Maybe these scammers should be closed down!!

I would leave a 0/5 but it won’t allow you. I purchased a dress which does not fit. I’ve asked for a refund (which the website said full refund) but they won’t. I can exchange it if I paid more money or I should just keep it for environmental reasons???
Horrible company to deal with.
I will NEVER order from them again and advice others not to as well.

There is a flaw with the bras I received.
The video shows the strap can be shortened by pulling the straps out and
up. Fastening with Velcro.
Easy.
But my bra strap wraps underneath the strap against the body, making it awkward to tighten.
Not convenient at all.
I’m disappointed with this design and product.
I emailed the company about it and received an email saying please be patient your order is on its way. Nothing to do with my question.

Horrible Horrible Horrible.DO NOT BUY. If you do dispute with your bank. 3 months of nothing but excuses as to why it’s not their fault. Everything from the shippers fault to the post fault. Learn from all these people leaving reviews. The tracking number you receive the day after your purchase will sit in the processing stage and NEVER move. I purchased Dec 12th it’s March 4th and have nothing but excuses as to why I have not received. I will say that they did respond to my emails a few days after they were sent each time and were really fast to respond once I started a dispute. They even offered to refund me if I stopped my dispute with proof. I did not stop it or respond I let my bank deal with it and won.
