Timeless jewelry rather than a smart gadget is precisely what we set out to make, so hearing it said twice is not something we take lightly. And I am particularly glad the sizing tool earned its keep, as the link bracelet defeats a good many people.

Thank you also for the point about the app. Most people notice what it does not do rather than what it gives away for nothing, so that was a welcome thing to read.

A smart watch that does not look like one is exactly what we set out to build, so hearing it put that way means a great deal. And you are right about the QR card, which we added after earlier customers told us the setup was not clear enough.

Your note about the metal band is fair and we are grateful for it. It is something we are actively working on.

Thank you for the detail, and I am sorry the watch did not work out.

A few points worth adding for anyone reading. On return postage, we wrote to you on 8 September offering to cover both the original attempt and the resend, so you would not be out of pocket. That offer stands and I will make sure it reaches you.

On the parcel coming back, our returns address is a PO Box, which only USPS can deliver to. That is in our return instructions, but clearly not prominently enough, and we have now made it far more visible so nobody else has the same trouble.

On manufacturing, you are right that our watches are made in China, as most consumer electronics are, and we are a US company. That should be easier to find on our site and we are addressing it.

On the sleep tracking, that is a fair criticism and I am not going to explain it away.
Your full refund stands and will be processed as soon as the watch reaches us. I am sorry the experience was not better.
