Business car rental, I rented a car at Franjo Tuđman Zagreb Airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible service of the staff, both when picking up the car and when returning it. Wonderful young people, very kind and all at their workplaces. You don't have to wait at the counter or call someone if the car is returned early. Everything is efficient and very fast with such a team. Congratulations to those who trained them, Nova rent a car is extremely lucky to have such a quality young workforce. I praised the staff when returning the car, I ask your superiors to do the same. One less worry for me, every time I need a car I rent it only from Nova rent a car. Highly recommended to everyone. Nova, stay like that and good luck.

Horrible. Hidden costs. BE WARNED! They will scam you and you will pay 3x the initial price with all the hidden fees, because they know they can use peoples "Debit cards" and say they can't charge them the same ways as credit cards, even though this worked at the hotel and other places in Croatia with no issues, only these mafiosos have figured out all european tourists mostly have debit cards and only they can't charge their debit cards for some reason, even though their website says in some cases they can. NO IN EVERY CASE YOU CAN YOU JUST SCAM PEOPLE THAT ARE IN A DESPERATE POSITION NEEDING A CAR THEN AND THERE. SHAME ON YOU GANGSTERS.

We hired a car in Zagreb for 3 weeks driving around Croatia & Bosnia & Herzegovina. The car was a Renault Centaur and was in excellent condition.
The staff at both pick-up in Zagreb city and drop-off in Zagreb airport were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
The cost of the rental was much less than the rates quoted by the international companies.
We had no problems with the car and on return the car was checked over in just a couple of minutes.

Really impressed with the service at Dubrovnik airport. The staff are VERY thorough in not only explaining clearly their policy but also personally inspect the car with you before you drive off and encourage you to take photos. We had a lovely car, really clean and well maintained. They inspect the car with you on its return, so no nasty surprises. I would highly recommend.

Ils attirent les clients avec des prix abordable en ligne pour ensuite les contraindre a payer des assurances et autres frais sur place en refusant le dépôt de carte et les assurances de carte bancaire.
Sous prétexte de ne prendre les dépôts que sur des cartes de crédit et non débit (mais ça ne fonctionne pas non plus sur carte de crédit)
Tous les clients présent lors de mon passage ce sont vu facturer ces frais supplémentaires ! Pouvant doubler le prix de la location dans mon cas !

We rented from Dubrovnik airport for our 2 week trip around Bosnia. The office was well-staffed with friendly employees. The pick up and return process was reasonably quick. The car was almost brand new and in great condition. No pressure to buy any extras like insurance. On return of the car, even though a small chip had appeared in the bodywork, they noticed it but did not try to charge us and returned the full deposit. Really recommend this company.

Ik zou iedereen aanraden om bij Nova rent a Car een auto te huren als je op vakantie bent in Kroatië. Alles ging super vlot. Onze vlucht moest onverwacht ergens een tussenstop maken. We contacteerden hen meteen om te melden dat we later zouden zijn, en dat vormde absoluut geen probleem. De auto was schoon en helemaal in orde. Verder waren er helemaal geen problemen bij het terug binnenbrengen van de wagen en werd onze waarborg meteen terug betaald.

Wholly positive, we had a brand new car, larger than we ordered and price was great.

Tip - there is no need to buy their expensive insurance, purchase own policy before you arrive. Also make sure you read extras so not surprised, their is a fee to go on the islands + a cleaning fee. Ensure you have working credit card ( visa or MC).

Negative : the pickup was slightly slow ( due to people dropping off trying to pay parking fines) + there was the normal attempt at upsell of their insurance.
Drop off - not the easiest to find the space and nobody outside to greet you , you have to walk back to their stand for one of their team to walk back to the car, again adds time. Just leave time for your flight so your not rushed.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!
The car pickup process was incredibly fast and hassle-free — we were on the road within minutes. To our surprise and delight, we received a complimentary upgrade to a brand-new vehicle, which was in perfect condition and an absolute pleasure to drive.
One of the thoughtful features that really stood out was the option to return the car unwashed for a small additional fee — such a practical and customer-friendly approach! Even better, the return process was just as smooth as the pickup. The ability to drop off the car at any time of day or night, even outside of office hours, added so much convenience to our travel plans.
Everything about this experience was top-notch — professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused. I’m genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again. Highly recommended!

We have had a great experience with Nova Cars. We specifically booked with them as they were one of the only leasing companies that advertised 4x4s directly, not just "or similar." While our initial 4x4 wasn't ready, they provided a high grade alternative and committed to exchanging it if it wasn't suitable for our needs. Their team at the desk, especially Ivan, was very helpful. When that vehicle proved unsuitable for the roads to our Brac Island villa, Nova Cars quickly responded to our email and arranged to have a 4x4 delivered to us the very next day by one of their drivers, given this requires a ferry to brac island at no extra expense i was really impressed. Their prompt communication and efficient solution truly made a difference to our holiday. We appreciate their commitment to customer service and highly recommend them!

Todo ha ido perfecto. Al llegar a la oficina del aeropuerto tenían la documentación preparada y la entrega fue muy rápida. El coche, un MG con menos de 30.000 km tenía Android Auto y estaba en muy buen estado. Habíamos reservado el seguro premium y no ha habido ningún coste adicional, salvo 10 € para poder devolver el coche "sucio". Las chicas que nos atendieron, en la recogida y en la entrega, han sido muy amables y diligentes. Si volvemos a Croacia, sin duda reservaremos de nuevo con esta empresa.

Easy to deal with. Nice friendly staff. Have dealt with Ivan twice in Split airport and he's a real gentleman God bless him. Wil be back again.

My flight was delayed so I arrived after hours at 21.25 thinking I was going to get an out of hours charge, but the lovely young man let me off( sorry forgot his name)..he also explained everything in perfect English. I recommend cleaning the car before you take it back to avoid a 10 euro charge, which i did and there was no extra charges

With all and absolute sincerity, I express the very pleasant experience that I have had and have along thousands of kms, made with a car recommended by Lucija, from Nova. In addition to the support and service vocation that both Lucija and Mario have, it is often difficult to find in other car rental companies (I say this for various experiences).
Therefore, I recommend in a whole, ue travelers rent with Nova, as I am sure they will not regret.

Our trip had been a disaster (and still was) but Nova helped a lot by providing us great service and a great car. Highly recommend these guys!
