I received my order timely n the packaging was very nice. I was immediately impressed with the look of the bracelets n I’m happy with the workmanship n quality of each piece. I look forward to wearing them n hope they holdup to normal wear nicely!

The quality and selection is good. There is a bit of a wait time to receive your order-however the company does keep you informed often regarding the order status with updates.

Someone within Nova’s Jewellery must take responsibility for this situation. I paid your company for merchandise that I have not received, and I cannot be expected to bear the consequences of a shipping problem that is outside of my control.

Whether the package was lost, delayed, improperly shipped, or there is another issue with the carrier is a matter that Nova’s Jewellery must resolve. As the customer, I should not be the one paying for that uncertainty.

Your own website states an average delivery timeframe of 6–12 business days, and that timeframe has already passed. Simply continuing to tell me that the package is “in transit” does not provide a resolution.

At this point, someone needs to take responsibility, investigate what happened to this shipment, and return my money. I no longer want the merchandise, and I am requesting a full refund of the entire amount paid to my original payment method.

Please escalate this matter to a supervisor or manager who has the authority to resolve it and issue my refund.

The jury is really nice. I’ve got two complaints. It takes the merchandise too long to get here to the United States and you guys need to carry bracelets that actually fit a size 7 1/2 or an 8 inch wrist thank God I purchased the London black set because the other bracelet sets I purchased would’ve been almost too small.

I Recently Purchased THESE BEAUTIFUL BRACELETS And I Am Extremely Satisfied With My Experience. The Design Is Very Attractive. It Has A Nice Shine And Looks Quite Elegant When Worn. I Like That THEY ARE Comfortable For Daily Wear. Overall, I’m Very Happy With The Quality And The Look.
