Very expensive and not suitable due to hand disability - need to return but awaiting accurate instructions and returns label? Not happy if I have to pay to return this item - Having to chase response from my email again and again doesn’t help…

I went to the Ideal Home Exhibition and bought a medium size, and two frying pan lovely pot set and needed the utensils to go with them, hence, I purchased them on line. Really happy with both purchases. I hope to purchase a few more pots to make up a full set.

We manadged to bend the original item after about 3 months so needed a new piece. Found website to contact but found the part easily but could only order 1 part. Came within days well packed.

You delivered the item very quickly which was great as it was a surprise gift for my daughter in law and she was delighted with the Nova Purple Multi Purpose Vegetable Slicer.

We owned one of Nova UKs original dicing machines which sadly broke. However, in a way this was a good thing as we are now the proud owners of a much better model which arrived very quickly after ordering. We bought the two-part large and small dicer which is fantastic. So much easier to use, far easier to clean, and we love the fact it comes with the containers to collect the chopped items which you simply remove and take to the cooker (or wherever). Have used it loads of times already and it's a bonus in the kitchen.

Easy to order, fast and efficient service and delivery. The product is easy to use and makes cutting and presenting food much more attractive. Sharp but safe and no knives.
