Very happy with FP support from Joe - I have been working with Joe Checkley for a couple of years now after transitioning my pension and investments over from another FP company. Joe has provided great advice and been very patient with me as I've navigated some life changes however I now finally feel that my financial future is on a more positive path, thanks to Joe's advice. I have also received great support from Will when re-mortgaging earlier this year.

We came across nova whilst looking for an estate agent to market a property.

I had a meeting with Chris a few weeks ago. Chris spent time understanding my situation and needs. It would have been easy of Chris to have sold me a service but, instead, he recommended another course of action (using other financial advice sources) that better suited my current situation. He also followed up with references to those organisations diverting potential (but unnecessary) business away from Nova.
