Não uso muito os produtos da Novex ainda. Comprei a Queratina Brasileira e queria pedir que trocassem a embalagem para uma de plástico, pois essa embalagem é um pouco difícil de apertar quando já está acabando.

Eu AMOOOO esses produtos da NOVEX!. Poxa vida, vocês têm MUITA QUALIDADE E OS PRODUTOS SÃO MUITO BONS! VOCÊS SÃO INCRÍVEIS. OBRIGADA POR FAZEREM PRODUTOS TÃO MARAVILHOSOS E COM O PREÇO ACESSÍVEL PARA NÓS! MEU CABELO VIVE HIDRATADO E MACIO GRAÇAS AOS PRODUTOS DE VOCÊS, ARRASAM DEMAIS 💖💖💖 GRATIDÃO.

Desde el 10 compre mi producto y no se cuando llega, no proporcional una fecha estimada pensé que sería de 3 a 4 días pero ya casi 15 días y aun nada.

Improve on responding to voice mails, emails & messages.

Es una empresa muy responsable y siempre brinda un excelente servicio.

I received my package with my hair mask broken and empty all over my other products and the shampoo was broken . I emailed to get a new hair mask no one ever responded. Very upset because I love these products and never had an issue like this before

I usually have no issues with novex, this time my things were not delivered to me I emailed the company and called and got no response. I would like a refund, or new products sent to me.

Paid extra for 3 day shipping and it’s been 2 weeks . Sent message and got no response .

While I was giving my shipping information, it reverted back to my old address. I saw that after everything was done. I emailed the company twice to informed them of the correct shipping address. I also even call the phone number that was provided in the Novex website. No one contacted me back. My package was shipped to my old address. I emailed and called again and no response. I never received my package. Right now I'm pissed at Novex. You guys have no customer service. I think after this order, I won’t be ordering again.

I always have a good experience with novex. It was on time and the package was very well sealed

Os produtos da Novex que eu comprei são maravilhosos, meus cabelos e da minha filha estão mais sedosos, brilhantes, cresceram muito rápidos, e estão mais cheios e fortes.
