Novibet レビュー

I miss the old offers I used get. Would be 5stars if still had them. Offers like bet €20 and get €50 in free bets

All good new games nearly e ery day and good experience

Should be more bonuses available and quicker response

Very quick with free bets

Good website new games

I'm waiting 7 days for a withdrawal that hasn't gone into my bank. No customer service, sent them 2 emails and got no reply.

Big choice of games and you can have a lot of fun..games loading quickly, but sometimes it's lagging that's why not 5 stars.

The worst of worst. Where to start worst customer service I ever had, the kyc was a nightmare refused my learner permit, every other bookies took it just fine not these clowns, then treated like a dog when you ask a question, and constantly cutting the chat and not responding. Please for the love of god STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT OF CON ARTISTS

Didn't give me the full free bet amount as advertised, also completed the KYC verification and then they asked me to send them a picture of my credit card....??? Never replied to me when I questioned this - Very strange Seems like a scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS

Trust them scammers at your own peril you will never see your winning they will come up with all sort of excuses to steal your money

Te limitan la cuenta cuando empiezas a ganar mala experiencia ademas hay muchas restricciones al KYC.

Holding money from me even though they have taken multiple times more . They are scammers have to be the worst betting site I have dealt with.

Have you noticed all positive reviews get a response from Novibet, not one response to negative comments. Does it tell you something. Make your own mind up. From personal experience, avoid at all costs.

Not the worst betting site out there, but their customer care is what brings this down to 1 star. What customer care do not allow you to speak to a supervisor when requested? I’m currently in a dispute regarding funds taken from my account which has been ongoing for months and not once have I been able to escalate the case where I could then be in touch with management/supervisors. Im confident the outcome will be successful on my end as their claims are baffling but it’s honestly so unprofessional the way their customer service is run. It’s of the mindset to be as blunt with the customer as possible in the hope they will go away. Was a very loyal customer until I won well and they made some crazy claims as to why I couldn’t have the funds. It’s a shame as these things can be very easily dealt with, without getting third parties involved.

Joined novibet lastnight and I have to say this is the best casino I have seen, verification was fast and straightforward, 600 withdrawal was in my account, great responsible gambling tools, 5 star

REFUSE TO PAY OUT AFTER KYC COMPLETED.

Deposited €20 fine, they gave me the free bets I was due. Turned this into €100 in 'real money' after betting the free bets and winning.
Completed KYC verification, tried to withdraw my €100 to the same card I deposited with and am met with layers and layers of extra KYC needed.

Exactly the same as previous posters.

They have my Credit Card details, they have my Passport details, they have my Home Address and an Eir bill from this month to prove my identity.

Now they want paper confirmation of my mobile phone number, and a photo of me holding my passport.

I am now worried about the amount of information about me this scam website has and wonder who they will sell it to for identity theft.

I should have read the reviews on here before opening an account.

In the past I have used Bet365, SkyBet, Paddy Power, LiveScore Bet and BetVictor, and never had a problem with any of them.

It seems this company and also Tonybet are twinned as scam betting companies to gather information on people.

AVOID and do not send them any documents.

I'm down €100 (well me original €20 deposit really), that's no big deal, but these dodgy c*nts having my identity documents is a lot more worrying for me.

They decided to cancel winnings around 5k euros claiming wrong odds with no further explaination . True thives . Avoid them at all costs!

DO NOT SET UP AN ACCOUNT!

They use false advertising to get you to sign up by offering €70 worth of free bets.
This is not true.
I signed up and you do not get €20 instantly.
So I deposited €10 and placed a bet which by the promotion poster you should receive €50 worth of free bets as a new customer.
Contacted the support and received €5 free bet.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS !!
