Novibet レビュー

I do not understand all the negative comments.
This is an excellent site with loads of offers daily.
Live Chat is efficient. Withdrawals are really quick, a couple of hours usually even at weekends.

Please avoid these. Absolute scammers. Won 631 and wouldnt pay me. Deactivated my account and kept my winnings. Avoid at all costs

Please avoid this place, they are a scam, do not make the mistake many of us reviewing this casino have done. They do not pay, ensure you lodge a complaint with the gambling commission as well to get them prosecuted. They are the worst to deal with, you’re basically talking to a bot and you will not get a result or pay out.

its crazy the people giving this company positive reviews must work for novibet .. so far ive been accused of fraudulent docs , refusing to pay my winnings ... THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL REGRET IT .... CHECK OUT SKY BET BET365 AND LIVE SCORE BET LEGITIMATE COMPANIES

Scam. They did not pay me my winnings.

Absolute scam of a company, will not verify my account after a week and and having provided Identification and proof of address 5 or 6 times, keep getting generic email about verification when I try to enquire further, will not not release winnings, avoid at all costs. Total joke of a bookmakers stick to to legit ones, William Hill and Sky and so on

Be very careful with the bonus requirements. They essentially just pull a fast one not to give you majority of the bonus. I would recommend going with legitimate bookmakers such as paddy power or bet365. This is a scam.

Signed up with the new offer which is supposed to give you €20 free bet no deposit necessary. Straight away they try to get you to deposit €10 to get €50 in free bets. There is no sign of the free €20 bet. I don’t know why bookies use offers to get new customers and then don’t give the offer, sure you just lose the customer straight away. Avoid, the €20 offer is either fake or you have to chase them around for it, either way it’s not worth the hassle. Tried to close the account straight away and was asked how long I would like to close the account for lol. Seriously this is what you are dealing with…

Registered €16 from my bank
Never arrived into novibet account
Texted for hours to be told I'll get it back in 2/3 days.
Then deposited €10
Lost it on bet.
Got free bets, lost first and second one.
Won €50 on next bet , took 5/1 horse won 12/1 , withdrew €50 and again 2/3 days.
2 days later tried logging in, account deactivated, never got 50 I withdrew.
Asked me for verification
Driving licence
Bank statement
Passport
Bank card photographs front/back
With ccv covered
Then photo of me with Passport held to my face, now an official document proving phone is Registered to me?
My name on Passport birth cert is James but always been called seamus (same)
Though the documents I provided gave seamus with James in brackets still no €50 and owed €40 free bets. Still fighting 12 days now , how can they deduct money twice then cancel my winnings?
Now they want a phone bill and I've told them prepay don't do bills! #Daft or scam?

Their customer service is terrible, I have had a few issues and they refuse to fix them, just send you in an endless loop without any resolutions. None of Thier review buttons work. They have a great game novileague where you can compete for free money but once you win they lock you out of the game

is this a joke? I have verified everything they asked. One by one, even with my phone number, bank statements, passport picture, driving license. Now suddenly they restrict my account to 1euro bet and hold my withdrawal for days for absolutely no reasons. This is beyond ridiculous. Listen, if I don’t get my withdrawals in 3days, I will report this to the gambling commissioner. Also I have 80k followers on the twitter and 120k on the YouTube, I will send all this to everybody I know everyday every hour to tell people stop using this betting company. I will let your company get 0 customer for all ur advertisement.

Avoid at all cost

Do not touch this site there welcome offer is a scam they don't give wht they say they do excuse not to give it

EDIT 02/05/24 - Bonus terms have changed extravagantly in the last few weeks in particular the "happy hours" 10 free spins. It's impossible to keep up with them.

I love novibet as an online casino but they do not reward their loyal customers enough. Every casino site I know offer goodwill gesture bonuses but I have been enquiring about a goodwill gesture bonus for a few weeks now and all I keep getting told is I will be emailed if one is available. That's ridiculous and absolutely appalling customer service towards a good customer since 2022. I understand about the casino bonus levels but to obtain a bonus from this you have to wager astronomical amounts of money, I know because I did exactly that in the last 3 months, over 2K and the total bonuses I got from that was less than 200. The bonus is not a bonus when you have to spend that much to get it. Today I have even gone as far as calling the helpline and got the very same answer as all the live chat agents say "I have forwarded your request to the responsible department and as soon as there is a bonus available for your account you will be notified via email." Its been WEEKS since I first raised this and I have not received one email from them.

Love Novibet, the platform is well laid out, very easy to do any bet. And withdrawals to you bank is so quick, I’ve recommended it to many friends and they are all happy 😊 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute scam. I withdrew money from slot winnings and they never arrived to my bank account. When I logged back into Novibet my remaining €40 on my account had also disappeared. I emailed customer service and never got a reply. Avoid at all costs. FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I decided to login to Novibet after several years of inactivity. I logged in without problems. I deposited 50€ and I tried to place bets in Football. But my account was limited to under 1€ per stake from the 1st bet! I performed a withdrawal but they refused it and asked me to place all the amount in bets. Big fraud, stay away!!

Worst casino platform. Avoid it 100%!!! The casino game glitched while I was on bonus rounds and when I called they told me there is nothing wrong with the game, like the couldn’t find the winnings I had. Total scam !!

Quick enough to take your money .
Not to quick to pay it back

Very poor slots payout in 2 hours I deposit 500 and the higher hand paid was 38 euro in a bet of 2
