I booked an online consult to go through different engagement ring designs. Marianela was great with helping me work out a custom design and select a diamond. Afterwards I got to make adjustments to the digital CAD mockups they sent me before committing to the final design. They were prompt with making the requested adjustments, and the final product turned out exactly as we'd agreed on. Their pricing was also very reasonable for a custom ring

I bought some diamond Huggies earrings - they are perfect and the packaging is outstanding. Based on my experience I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are super helpful and their products are clearly quality.

First of all thanks to rachana sister who made it possible and the team who said the ring can be made in the minimal time frame. The pressure i put on them might be a lil too much but they made it happen.☺️

Had a fantastic experience at Novita with the assistance of Paul who helped us acquire an engagement ring, wedding band, pair of earrings and a necklace pendant. Paul was clearly extremely knowledgeable on the subject and took his time to explain all the various options that were available to us. The service provided was nothing short of great and we would thoroughly recommend Novita to friends and family. Really pleased with the service and can’t wait to receive the jewellery in the coming weeks!

Unfortunately I didn't get to have a nice experience like every other customer who was able to write such nice reviews.

After having my engagement and wedding rings stolen in a home invasion, I returned to this jeweller—the same one my husband originally bought my engagement ring from—expecting professionalism, compassion, and basic competence. What I got instead was a string of blunders, broken promises, and appalling customer service.

I placed two new orders with them: a replacement engagement ring and a new wedding band. On collection day, I was told—all too casually—that the rings were too small. They admitted this error in writing. When I requested £60 off the final price to cover the cost of travel due to their mistake, I was met not with an apology, but with a spiteful, rude email that frankly should never have come from a professional business.

To save face, they later promised the £60 off and a complimentary gift on my return. Today, I was told the gift isn’t happening—because clearly, keeping their word is optional here.
This entire experience has been needlessly stressful and upsetting—especially given the emotional weight of what these rings were meant to replace. They had one job: to offer support and get it right. They failed on every count.

I regret ever walking back through their doors.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with my Novita tennis bracelets. My first bracelet’s clasp broke multiple times—even after bringing it in for repairs—until it eventually fell off and was lost. I used the offered discount to buy a replacement, only to have the exact same issue happen again.

The clasp on the new bracelet broke just weeks ago and was repaired, but it’s already broken again, less than a month later. Thankfully, I caught it this time before losing it, but this is unacceptable. The constant repairs, time spent going back and forth, and the overall poor quality have left me really frustrated and out of pocket.

I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be purchasing from Novita again unless this is resolved properly.

Die Ohrringe sind einfach wunderschön – elegant, funkelnd und von exzellenter Qualität. Man sieht sofort, dass hier auf jedes Detail geachtet wurde.

Auch der Online-Bestellprozess war reibungslos, die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und sicher verpackt. Besonders schön fand ich, dass der Preis wirklich fair war – für diese Qualität absolut top! Ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder bei Novita Diamond bestellen.
