Charged £4.95 for delivery and £4.95…
Charged £4.95 for delivery and £4.95 for for a return and they posted it to me on a 48hr delivery, it took 3 days to arrive not next day as they show on their website. They are making a profit as even with a cost of return it will cost £2.95 maximum to send such item.

Love this brand! Stumbled upon NOVO on Instagram and immediately ordered myself one of their bodysuits. I’ve since worn it to death and it’s maintained its quality so well. Thoroughly recommend!!!
