Flooded 40 times in 9 years ,never once in 9 years and 40 extensive floods did they remove plasterboard after 9 years walls opened and was blue and black mould everywhere,and they expect disabled tenants to live with that affecting health had to walk away hand keys in , disabled homeless and no hope destroyed entire contents ,unable to get insurance,lost everything I had ,now homeless and in massive amount of pain due to having to move , absolute disgrace of maintenance company, homegroup housing in cover ups no repairs properly addressed ever , Adrian kinder

Excellent work carried out like clockwork ,knew what was going to happen on each day always left clean and safe

The workmen were very good, considerate, pleasant, courteous and worked hard. They always tidied up after they finished and the job was well done. I'm pleased with my new kitchen and pleased with the company Novus. I definitely recommend them. They always kept me informed of everything and was always checking on the work that had been carried out. Well done to all and Thankyou.

All of the members of the group were very friendly. They were as quick as possible to carry out the work and very efficient. I'm very happy with the end product : )

Fantastic worked with me to design my kitchen and I am happy with the work thats being done. Very well mannered and answered all questions.

Can never get hold of anyone by phoning and turned up late to survey kitchen after asking me to fit them in, so wasted a morning when I have things to do , and know got to wait in again. Plus when pointed out that the law states they have to pay £25. compensation for missed appointments she hung up how professional. So know I will inform council I will not be having the kitchen refit as I have mental health problems and can do with out this aggravation at the moment

Great team, special thanks to Jacob(finish), Joe(floor), Chad(decorate), Luke(team ldr) and George (site manager). All really friendly,also Jacob & George both went above and beyond for us. Really happy with the final results also. Huge thanks to the whole team.

I would highly recommend novus , i was contacted every day , they let me know who was coming and what work would be done , the workforce was very polite and hard working , they left me no mess , im left with a lovely bathroom , more than happy with it , the workers respected my home , i thank them all for a great job they have done , 10 out of 10

I have had novus property solution in installing a brand new kitchen for Newark and Sherwood. Helen has been fantastic in messaging me daily who is coming and checking in. The workmen have been amazing they have worked quickly and have met the requirements they have regarding my health issues. I couldn't have had the best set of workmen in doing my kitchen.

I had a full kitchen refit with novus my kitchen looks amazing from start to finish Robyn and Jordan made sure everything run smooth. The kitchen was completed in 7 days any problems I had if any they were resolved straight away with no hesitation all of the team were professional and polite would definitely recommend to anyone going forward thanks again

The kitchen renovation went very smoothly, without any problems, and with exceptional precision. The employees are very professional and meticulous, carrying out their work very quickly and efficiently, always helpful if you need anything extra, and very friendly. I rent a home from Newark and Sherwood District Council and Novus finished my whole kitchen re- fit today! Im in love with the colours and style of the kitchen, very modern and well designed for family life. The work crew kept us updated every step of the way, keeping in contact every day to tell me in advance who was arriving and what job they would be doing. They were fast and tidy and friendly and it all went so smoothly. Thankyou Novus, its been a pretty hard year for me healthwise and this just made my year! Would give 10 stars if i could!

Had my kitchen upgraded :-
Re plastered-new electrics-full kitchen fitted-flooring re-boarded and new flooring. Everything went smoothly, work men were professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with end result.
