It took multiple complaints and a threat of going to social media to report the scam of yet another senior. But finally they have reached out to me and after taking more than 3 payments of over $100 each and sending absolutely nothing to me for any of the money they took , they now claim that if I leave a review here they will replace the last payment as it was clearly taken out of my account after I cancelled which by the way ,they make it very hard to cancel. I likely won't get the refund they promised considering nothing else they have stated to me is true so far... But we'll see

SCAM ALERT.

"Zoe solved my problem of cancellation of my subscription".. this is what they wanted me to post here so that they can reimburse the amount .
But that's the scam. They never did it and I came to know that they will never do it.

You pay for something and it also allows to pay for a subscription and that renews every two weeks.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star!

I wanted to buy something from another website and once I paid, it redirected me to this website. I checked my account immediately and this website took multiple amounts of money from my bank. I found this strange because I didn't buy anything on this website! I can contacted their support team and they have only willing to refund me one of the payments they taken from me. Not yet got a refund though. They said the rest is on a balance on their website for me to use on their products!! The one I didn't even sign up to.

Después de reclamarles un dinero que me cobraron , por suscribirme por error en su página,me dijeron que me devolverian todo mi dinero, en un correo electrónico, me d3volvieron solo una parte,y se lo sigo reclamando y ya no contestan a mis correos electrónicos, solo puedo decir que mienten y no cumplen con lo prometido, solo me queda denunciarlos ante consumidores y poner mi caso en las redes sociales, para que nadie caiga en estos engaños.

Prélèvements non autorisés car abonnement non souscrit. Mais après des échanges par emails : le remboursement total des sommes prélevées a bien eu lieu. Cela me convient malgré le stress que cela a impliqué, les démarches auprès de ma banque (opposition, changement de CB, échanges de messages). L'histoire s'est bien terminée mais elle n'aurait jamais dû avoir lieu depuis le départ. Je remercie le SAV ou service qui a pris en charge le dossier mais certainement pas ceux responsables de ce type de stratégie de vente forcée.
