Vreselijk. Bij een 1-malige aankoop zit je vast aan een abonnement. Toen ik hier achter kwam heb ik daar direct over gemaild. Dit hebben ze toen teruggedraaid (zogenaamd na o zo “grondig” onderzoek en als “uitzondering”) maar of ik dan wel even een 4-5 sterren review kon plaatsen op trustpilot (natuurlijk niet gedaan). Een paar weken later kreeg ik weer een mail met hetzelfde verzoek. En nu: een paar maanden later wéér hetzelfde verzoek. Of ene Kevin aub een 4-5 sterren review kon krijgen omdat ik zo goed geholpen ben. Dus je wordt er éérst in een val gelokt en daarna wordt je geacht om een hoge review achter te laten bij het oplossen van het probleem. Oplichters.

My experience was terrible. They sent me numerous emails asking me to write a positive review so customers would see it and trust them. I refused until I finally complied and wrote a positive review, hoping they would return the money they withdrew from my card. Today, I was shocked to discover they had made another withdrawal from my card. I immediately contacted my bank and blocked my card. My advice to anyone reading this is: do not deal with this company to avoid a similar experience. Never enter your bank card details to avoid future regrets.

Mi sono state addebitate n. 6 rate da € 48,45.= cad. per un totale di € 290,70.= ed alla mia cancellazione nonostante una loro email che riportava il totale del mio credito di cui avrei potuto disporre per eventuali acquisti. Al termine del mio ordinativo mi è stato comunicato che il mio credito era 0.
Sono stata ricontattata con un’email nella quale mi si chiedeva di annullare la mia recensione a fronte del rimborso del mio credito. Io in ulteriore buona fede ho cancellato la precedente recensione.
Ora dopo aver provveduto alla cancellazione, ricevo nuovamente un email che riporta che il mio credito è 0.
Per ricevere il rimborso avevo allegato il mio IBAN, ma mi rispondono che non fanno rimborsi tramite un IBAN inviato tramite email.
Volevano forse di nuovo i dati della mia carta di credito?????
Pertanto truffata per una seconda volta.
Sconsiglio vivamente qualsiasi rapporto con questa società.

La experiencia con vosotros no fue buena si la he valorado bien es porque desde ayer se me está tratando bien y más si me devolvéis el dinero, pero como ya he dicho anteriormente con el pago al mes de 48 euros me sentí estafada. Ahora lo entiendo mejor debido a las últimas explicaciones.
