Very professional, and good advice and pricing.

Very easy to use, and speedy communication from the service. I spoke to Amish who was very thorough and responsive even after the meds were received and I had questions.

Due to Now Patient I have been able to take Lynkuet which is a drug approved by the UK but is not available on the NHS for women who have hot flushes. This is especially useful for women who for whatever reason cannot/ don't want to take HRT. The NHS has Veozah available which is similar but this cannot be given to women who are being treated for breast cancer.

Due to my treatment for breast cancer,(I believe I am one of the unlucky few that sufferer with sever flushes) my hot flushes were completely unmanageable and I was actually considering stopping my cancer treatment as my quality of life was becoming unacceptable through lack of sleep and approx 20 flushes a day.

My oncologist and my GP couldn't help and I was offered antidepressants as a solution.

NowPatient talked my though the tests I would need before they would prescribe Lynkuet and then gave me my first months prescription, which within 2 weeks made a noticeable difference. I am now on month 2 and I would say my flushes have improved both night and day by 75%. this is such a relief and I now no longer even think about the drugs that cause the flushes let alone stopping them.

Now Patient have been knowledgeable, helpful and actively interested in me and my problem and the service is fantastic.

I'm honestly baffled by the booking system - I arranged an appointment over the phone which was fine, but then received a random What's App message from an unknown number addressing me by the wrong name, all lower case with misspellings and no punctuation, asking for my personal and medical information to confirm the appointment. It was honestly giving low effort online scam vibes.

When I asked for an email instead to confirm the senders identity, I received a copy paste of the same What's App message via email instead. I didn't feel comfortable going ahead with the appointment given the lack of professionalism regarding confidentiality and communication - I've never seen an online pharmacy be so unprofessional in my life and I order from other similar sites regularly. It would take five minutes to set up a basic patient information form template, but apparently they couldn't even be bothered to check they were addressing me by the correct name... Who knows what is being done with the private medical information other people give them, they certainly didn't provide any reassurance about storage or sharing of information with third parties.

Absolutely brilliant. I desperately needed a medication that the pharmacies all over the UK have been telling me is out of stock for a year now and there is no alternative to it really. Somehow nowpatient claimed to have it in stock which I doubted but miraculously they did. Not just that, they managed to send it to me by next day delivery. I'm shocked and so thankful I found them. The consultation, speed of delivery, ease of payment - 5 star service. Highly recommended.
