From the onset the process was smooth and efficient. Amish was so helpful and knowledgeable I felt reassured talking to him. My order was processed on the day he that we agreed and the order was delivered the next day.

I have had repeated difficulties in getting one particular item on my repeat prescription due to a reputed national shortage. After phoning and emailing several other dispensing chemists for availability,

I’ve recently used NowPatient for the first time and I cannot recommend them enough. I have been desperately looking for an item that is out of stock nationally and the team at NowPatient went above and beyond to source the item for me. They kept me up to date throughout the process and the item was dispatched the same day. The staff were so friendly and sympathetic to my situation, they really seem to care which is quite unusual in today’s world. I will definitely be using them again.

My local pharmacy had been struggling to get a prescribed drug for me and was not even able to source the substition. They suggested I try other pharmacies but this was not possible, because I currently have back problems which limit mobility. I should also add, the nearest pharmacy was 4 miles away. I found Nowpatient on the internet, checked them out, and can say that my experience with them was entirely positive. Drugs delivered today as promised. Obviously, I had to pay for them but the cost was not as much as I had thought.
