Pity there isn't a zero star rating

Pity there isn't a zero star rating, trying to get through to make payment for days, phones lines busy, leave message x 3, no response or call back. Send emails as per recorded message, slow response with promises to call and take payment. All promises of call back failed to materialize. Can't go elsewhere as they have prescription and now I have no medication. Don't risk your health by using these incompetent Muppets, find somewhere else, can't be any worse, that's what I'll be doing next time.

Wouldn't fill order, waste of time

Their website's payment system wasn't working, so they just gave up and said they'd 'return the prescription'. Have had to go back to the doctor and start again. Terrible service. I've changed to my local pharmacy, who probably deserve the business more.

Terrible

Terrible
Got a text stating prescription was on its way but no tracking number. 5 days ago. Still no prescription. Asked for callback 6 times still not had one yet. Left message on answerphone for callback still no callback. Called my doctor / cannot repeat the prescription as one has bin sent out ? Meanwhile no medication

If I could give 0 stars

I ordered medication on the 7th January. Everytime I check the app it says awaiting GP signature. Come the 14 January still no change and I was about to run out of my medication. I have been forced to pay £49 elsewhere as the medication is pretty important. I don't even think anyone has tried to contact my GP. No communication or updates from this service. It's a terrible service. They think it's acceptable for people to wait forever for vital meds. Funnily enough, I checked the app this morning and what do you know - still awaiting GP signature! I would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful service! Avoid at all costs!

Good Idea. Bad Service

The idea is good but in practice the service is not good. First prescription delivered fast BUT missing important items (Medication I need to live on a daily basis). Tried to reorder and the prescription has not turned up, plus the tracking number sent was wrong as for the previous prescription so unable to find out where my medication is. Attempted to try ordering again and now issues with GP referral. Due to bad service I have now had to go to A&E to get some emergency medication. Very unhappy.

Dangerously poor service

Dangerously poor service

Twice now they have delivered an incorrect prescription with missing items and the wrong number of items. Both took over a week to arrive. No obvious way to contact them and no explanation given.

I need these to live. Thankfully I'm mobile but someone dependent on this service could die because of their ineptitude.

A dreadful company.

A dreadful company with poor customer helpline.
Only one prescription item out of three arrived, no reason given. The helpline guaranteed the missing items would arrive within 48 hours - they didn't.
Their tracking number does not give any information on where the missing package is or when it will be delivered.
This is very dangerous, prescriptions are issued for a reason!
Do not use this company under any circumstances. I certainly won't be using them again, my health is too important.
My GP has cancelled their service on my behalf.

Total Farce Company..

Total Farce Company..
I ordered my medication on 06/04/2019 and waited for delivery. Checked app on phone which said awaiting doctors authorisation. Checked last week and app said medication has been delivered . Went to GP today and was told medication had not been ordered by company,Because of this i ran out of my medication. i contacted company and they have not had the decency to reply. I have removed this company off my prescription and have had to reorder my medication and get it sent to my local pharmacy. Avoid these like the plague!!!!!

Dangerously Terrible

Awful. Actually a danger to patients. They are trying to provide this online "to your door" service but they are a shambles and will leave you without your vital meds because of their lack of care for the need of the individual. They withhold your meds if they believe you haven't paid. I am exempt and they decided they didn't believe I was so withheld my medication as a tool to extract money from me. How low can you get! And good luck trying to reach anyone on the phone. Avoid! Especially if your meds are vital as mine are!

Totally useless

This "service" is a complete waste of time.. It doesn't work. It is impossible to speak to them about repeat prescriptions, or anything else. All you can do is request a call-back, which I have done twice. have been waiting for them to contact me for 4 days now, and I have no idea whether my blood pressure prescription tablets will be delivered or not.
Appalling service.

Shocking Customer Service!

I have been trying to get my prescription resolved since the end of November via the Now Patient app. The level of Customer Service is shocking. Constantly had to chase for updates with very little response from the company and zero support. The App contradicts the feedback they provide so you're completely left in the dark not knowing if or when your medication will arrive. It finally arrived this week, over 6 weeks after my original order date. However, there is medication missing which is not listed on my repeat prescription despite it being a regular requirement for 20 years!! I have been chasing the company for a response for over a week and I haven't had a single reply. I have now resorted to contacting the CEO via LinkedIn in the hope that someone will respond to me before I completely run out of my medication.

AVOID

AVOID ! Poor execution of a good idea. Unless you are totally relaxed about when your NHS prescriptions arrive, do not even think about using this shower. Impossible to readily track where things are held up in the process and their app is total waste of space (zero useful functionality) and all done by traditional phone calls to chase things. Worst thing is the inconsistency - sometimes process works, other times nothing happens, so always unsure of whether the essential meds will arrive in time. You have been warned.
