Non potete pretendere di che io metto 5 stelle su un sito che secondo me è un sito truffa ha uno specchietto per l'allodole con prodotti a euro 9,99 quando Fai l'acquisto ti inseriscono in un abbonamento
Quando poi chiedi di parlare con qualcuno in italiano Chissà perché Ops

Estão lançando em meu cartão de crédito um valor de U$31,88 e 28,95 de Euro ja tem 2 meses e nada foi feito , solicitei o cancelamento , aparentementeestava ,mas lancaram de novo.Preciso que resolvam essa questão por favor .

Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che i soldi spesi per l.abbonamento si trasformano in crediti utili per acquistare

Do not engage with this company at all costs.

My experience went like this:

I saw an advertisement on social media basically saying I can “win” a branded bag* for EUR 3. Of course I clicked the link because I saw it was shared by a reputable shopping center* in the Netherlands (later on I realized that the social media account was a fake account / spoof account of the shopping center I know).

After I “won” a branded bag, I gave my personal details and processed the EUR 3 payment for the branded bag using my credit card. I completed the transaction quite quickly because I saw there was a notification on the payment page that the “offer” was only valid within the next 5 minutes.

After payment, I got an email basically saying I paid for a 3-day subscription to a company called Nowperfumes or Nowperfumescom. Again I paid for a branded bag and not for a 3-day subscription. So I was confused why suddenly another company was mentioned in the email instead of the branded bag. Further note that Nowperfumes or Nowperfumescome was not mentioned anywhere (not on the social media advertisement nor on the payment page). It was only mentioned in the email AFTER I’ve made the payment. So obviously there was an intention to deceive and defraud customers by using name of well-known brand. Further after a couple of hours, I received another email basically saying that they will charge me an additional EUR 69.85 if I don’t cancel my subscription after 3 days. Of course I contacted the customer service right away to have my account and subscription cancelled. I was then informed by the customer service that the cancellation can only be done after 14 days which was unacceptable given I will be charged another EUR 69.85 if I don’t cancel within 3 days. At this point she already processed the cancellation and charged my card another cancellation fee of EUR 8.95. Again, I did not agree to this cancellation fee because I did not agree to the subscription in the first place. I just wanted to buy the branded bag for EUR 3.

I called my bank to have my card blocked and to report the transactions.

I researched the company and I found out that this scam has been going on for quite sometime now. Note this company has been operating under different names. Too bad I didn’t have the chance to research (which I normally do) because again I was only given 5 mins to complete the transaction. Nonetheless, it’s an expensive lesson learned for me.

Therefore I’m sharing my experience so other people will also learn from my mistakes and to help them recognize common red flags for scams like this.

*I did not name the brand and the shopping center because in my opinion they are not involved in this transaction.

Vorsicht bei der Firma Nowperfumes.com, man bekommt Mails angeblich hätte man eine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen was nicht stimmt. Dann 3 tage testen wenn man kündigen tut innerhalb der 3 tage, muss man trotzdem zahlen man lässt einen erst nach über 14 tage aus den Abo, das man ja noch mal bezahlen muss. Ist eine grosse Sauerei, wo man dieses Abo gar nicht will, abgeschlossen hat.

Jetzt wollen sie für die sofortige Kündigung noch 8,95€ und es wurde versucht abzubuchen. Werd jetzt die Polizei einschalten und strafanzeige machen.

DON'T! this site allows you to order goods they do not have - orders are subsequently cancelled - any online operation like this must have up to date stock info - can't be hard in this day and age. Of course they continue to take subscription payments with no refund option and even charge you to cancel outside of the 14 day period (in which they continue to take payments).... :(

I did not subscribe to this, I’ve had money taken from my ACC without authorisation. I have now contacted them to cancel, the cancellation period is 14 days!!! . The bank have said if I have anymore money taken I can make a claim!! Not happy

I saw how without my authorisation you guys deducted around 73CAD. What's wrong with you guys? Only got a student to scam?

I'm happy with all products received and the quick response from the company. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

The reason i give 5 stars is the fact that I can’t fault the service and no problems when I chose to cancel my subscription. I may return in the future when I have a job that I can enjoy these options again.

Des arnaqueurs. Je me suis faite avoir par un site Todaystore. Ce site vous redirige vers nowperfumes sans que vous le sachiez. Et vous vous trouvez liés à eux avec des cotisations obligatoires de 50€.
Ils sont incapables de vous montrer un quelconque contrat signé.
N'achetez rien sur les réseaux sociaux. Pourtant très méfiante, je me suis faite avoir par de jolis lits pour chiens ...

Ik klikte , via FB, op een link van NMBS en betaalde 2 euro voor een treinkaart. Plots had ik een abonnement bij deze firma. Ze inden de 2 euro en 10 dagen later haalden ze 48,95 euro van mijn rekening. Ik zegde nochtans dadelijk dit foute abonnement op en tekende NOOIT in op iets van deze firma.
