NP Works Ltd  レビュー

Neil was a great guy, was flexible with his timings and fixed the job there and then - very happy with the job!

Nilesh and his team are fantastic - truly professional and reliable. They have done a number of works for me from replacing my central heating boiler to replacing a light fitting. I highly recommend!

Nil pays attention to detail, he is safety conscious and always aims to find solutions to problems. He is professional and considerate, I would highly recommend.

Great reactivity
Very clear in his communicating. Never a bad a surprise!
Love his invoice that are very detailed
Personable experience and great work

Quick, efficient and no nonsense. Identified a fault with our pump which was causing water to pool in the attic and drip through the ceiling of our living room. Replaced it with no fuss. Straightforward to deal with, explained everything clearly.

Really quick to respond and turn up and once here got on with the job in hand and talked me through everything to make sure I was happy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again. Many thanks

Wow, I can't recommend this company highly enough. It's not often I can say getting a repair done made my day. The guy I spoke to didn't charge me as the job was so simple - I'm hopeless at stuff like that and tend to panic. He was so kind, looked at pics I sent and even drew arrows to show me where to turn the two pieces. He was very patient and waited to make sure I'd done it ok. Even sent a YouTube link. How lovely is that? So as you can see, really trustworthy and the job was done within minutes :) I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Great work . Trustworthy! Very helpful and professional . Does extra mile for their customers 👍

I was contacted immediately after posting my job. Plumbers were at my property within 24 hours. Would recommend this company.
Thank you

Really nice guys. Professional reliable. No drama. Very good standard of work and finish. Flat looks lovely. They did exactly what the agreed to do.

If there is a time in life when you need a reliable plumber well, look no further.
NP Works Ltd goes far beyond your wildest expectation.
If other tradesman and woman could bear witness to how one should treat a client well maybe they too would start to hunker down and prop up their efforts.
I have used Np Works on several occasions and will look no further.
In time of chaos they have your back.
Warm thank you.

Amazing service, showed up within the timeframe agreed, charged the agreed price, workmanship was very professional found the issue of clogged pipes straight away and got to work. Left no materials and cleaned any debris before finishing up. Great service would highly recommend

Nil was very professional, he explained everything to us, gave us his estimate, carried out the job in a timely and competent manner. Then he went over everything with us to show us what he did and how things work. And then he contacted me a few days later to check up on everything to make sure I was happy with the service. He was great! I will definitely be calling him anytime I need help with my boiler and heating.

Nil and team have been brilliant. Quick response and completed everything on time and on budget. Courteous and friendly, they gave me great confidence in their work and went out of their way to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. Will definitely be using them again.

Very pleased w our new dishwasher installed by NP Works as well as their fixing of our under sink pipe and clearing out of a washing machine hose. Easy to deal with, communicative, professional pair. Would certainly engage them again next time we have a plumbing need. Thank you.
