they deliver on time explain everything before starting work Get to work strait away and get finished in a few hours leave the place clean and tidy after them Everything was explained how things worked This was very helpful .

Very fast and efficient installatin of equipment. Good neat job. Some issues with the app not always loading on phone. Overall very satisfied with install and operation of equipment.

i showed your guys on another neighbours property where i wanted the earth to be put at the kitchen so mostly hidden but they went ahead and put it at the living room window looks terrible

From the site survey through installation and necessary paperwork everything was explained clearly and executed A1. The job was quick and tidy, even asked for my hoover and shortly we had free hot water and power to spare. NRG discount the SEAI grant upfront and the admin team take care of the grant application and notifying the ESB. The original quote included everything + a free BER. Very happy and highly recommend!

Thank you all in NRG from sales to the install team and customer service team for their continuous communications through out the process. My experience received was very much customer focus and high quality delivery being the “customers best service provider” comes to mind.

NRG are an excellent company to deal with. From initial contact to scheduled Zoom call to visit by engineer - all carried out in a friendly, professional manner. No hard sell involved. Date of installation given and subsequently brought forward by one week by agreement. Panel installers and electricians arrived at agreed time (8.00am) and had job completed by lunchtime. Very efficient, tidy and friendly crew. Everything was explained, all questions answered. NRG organised the SEAI grant application and grant received on 29th May 2024. BER was organised by NRG and was carried out prior to installation. All in all a very good experience with this company. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had one very specific question for the sales team around the number of panels that could be installed. I was assured of a certain number. I asked a very explicit question as to whether this could be guaranteed and if a site survey was needed. I was assured I woukd get the number as per the sales team and there was no need for the full survey at that point. I signed the contract on that basis. When it came to it the site survey revealed that a reduced number of panels could be installed. Shortcuts in the sales process...and will say anything yo get you to sign.

NRG Panel did all the paperwork. We did not have to apply for the grant, as they did it. They were extremely efficient and answered all queries satisfactorily. Also, their price was the best value.

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with NRG when installing a heat pump and upgrading our solar panels. The sales advisor provided us with ample information and answered all the questions. NRG did a full assessment and designed the system to our needs and specification. The installation teams were very professional and efficient. Everything was done on time with minimum disruption. We would highly recommend NRG to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional supplier of such systems.

Installation was carried out ahead of schedule and was completed very efficiently and professionally. minimum disruption on the the day, very tidy workers and only took 1 day.

I had a 6KV Solar PV system installed by NRG on May 7th 2024.
After my initial contact with the company they were very prompt and professional in responding to me. I got great assistance and guidance from them as I explored what would best suit our current and potential future needs without any hard selling.
I would say the experience of dealing with them was top class, from the office staff, engineer who did my site survey to the five person team that did my installation which was completed in an afternoon. The quality of the people I met I found exceptional and I can highly recommend NRG as a quality company in every way you would want to see.

I had researched 6 SolarPV installing companies before contracting NRG.
I’ve now had 2 installations carried out by them.
They are top class.
From start to finish. From back-office, accounting, site inspection, scheduling, punctuality, cleanliness, efficiency. Then when the job were completed, a follow up call the very next day to double check I was satisfied. Immediately following which the invoice for the balance was issued, immediately following which I paid the remaining balance. ✅✅✅✅✅

Important to remember regarding NRG:
1. They do the SEAI grant application paperwork and online work. They receive the grant, charging the customer the balance remaining. Other companies charge the full retail amount of the installation, leaving the customer to retrieve the SEAI allowance themselves.
2. They give a loyalty discount for 2nd and subsequent properties.
3. They give a referral discount too if applicable. Ask them.
4. They only charge 10% deposit. One other company quoted 60% payment 4 weeks in advance of the installation with the remainder 40% to be paid before the installation day. Thats 100% in advance….!!! That is why I was happy to pay the balance of my owings to NRG immediately - the day after - the installation.

I’d like to congratulate the NRG management for their set-up, and the various teams working together within NRG - office, admin, survey, installation. They deserve to be a successful business.

Good assistance and courtesy from CS and Tech staff. Instalation was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. While I had no difficulty getting the Myenergi App up and running ( key window for system performance ) more assistance here maybe needed. Overall good experience.

Top quality service from first enquiry to complete grant application.
Comprehensive consultation process before any works carried out. On day of installation 4 carpenters arrived at 8:00am and four electricians arrived at 9:00am - all were gone with job complete at 13:30. One of the electricians even had a dust pan and brush to clean up after them.
Panels sit pretty on roof now absolutely no intrusion from any piece of the generation kit.
App allows you to monitor the generation of kW.
Highy recommend.

Super smooth process, from contract signing to installation. Seamless communication through email and phone, highly recommened.
