Very straight forward to deal with
Very straight forward to deal with. All information agreed with my research. The pathway advised to getting the job done was followed. The folks that came to do the installation were friendly, courteous, professional, and the work was so neat and tidy, that you knew that these people had pride in what they were doing. Questions were answered in a most professional and respectful manner, when in hindsight, some of mine were straight stupid. I have already recommended NRG to others, based on the above, and will do again.

Fast quote best price. NRG did everything regarding grant and other applications. Got a cancellation so they installed the panels a few weeks after deposit was paid. All work was done in a half a day. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent work would recommend this company. Would suggest a follow up call to go over control systems after 2 weeks to check that clients are operating the system properly.

The team were punctual,efficient and friendly people to have working in my home. The work was neat with minimal mess and all was done in such a short time,all done and dusted within 4 hours.

Solar Panel System
Very professional and honest service. A bit more expensive than some competitioners but worth it for peace of mind. I would particularly like to commend the Electrician for his professionalism and generosity with time to comprehensively explain the system.

Great to have work done by NRG
Our experience with NRG was brilliant, even the electricion came back 2-3 day's later to check everything was working OK. The engineer came firstly and done all his checks, (different day)then the panel's where put up in no time and then the electrical work started and all in all took less than half a day. Thought so far the work was very well done and the fellas that done the work was very well mannered and respectful of you and your house all the time.

Very pleased with all aspects from the consultation to the installation. The team were very polite, efficient & installed the system in one day. I installed the system in November so just starting to see the benefits creeping up each day as the daylight increases. Would recommend NRG to others.

From initial contact everthing was flawless.Each appointment prior to installation was kept and on time any questions were answered and no sales pressure.
The installation team were courteous,efficient,diligent and very tidy.
From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with NRG everything was explained in the process and I would highly recommend NRG.
I cannot comment on aftersales care as to date I have had no issues with the Installation
