The team were great.
The team were great. We live in an older cottage so it threw up some challenges but nothing the team could not handle. The team were engaged, quick and very tidy. highly recommend.

NRG are top notch for installation,very reliable if you have a problem or question they get back to you ASAP. We have been customers since 2018, Icouldn't recommend them enough.Their staff are competent and knowledgeable about all thing Solar.

Would highly recommend NRG Panels
Got the panels installed in June 2021. The crew arrived on time and were gone by lunchtime. Very neat job. Any questions I had after the installation, which were few, were answered promptly by the head office.

Top class..!
The end to end process and support was amazing. NRG take care of everything. Sales Team, Installers and Office staff were all great to deal with. The process is very efficient. The installers turned up on time and did a very tidy job. We only have our panels installed 3 weeks and we are already producing 35% of our electricity needs in Winter. The solar system and supporting app are working great. Highly recommend this company.

The people at NRG were very helpful and cooperative and always able to answer any questions we had on the phone 📱 when we initially rang about installing solar panels or put us in touch with an installer if they couldn't. Follow up service was excellent also.
Made appoint for survey and arrived on time. Optimum location of panels agreed on and price agreed. Date agreed and incredibly rang and asked if could come day earlier!!! Work carried out promptly and up and running. Very pleased with panels. Lots of hot water and bills have come down. Gave useful tips about using washing machine and tumble dryer, so that we were using them for free!!!
