Neil and Teri are very friendly and easy to work with. They helped get us great terms in a short amount of time. I am a foreign investor which adds another complicated dynamic and they are experienced with this which is why I chose to work with them. There were a couple hiccups along the way, mostly with the lender and last minute requests, but we were able to get through them together and get to our goal of funding and closing on the property. We will certainly use them again.

I would like to thank Neal and Terry for helping and educating us about and through the process whenever we ran into a hurdle or a problem Neal and Terry helped us figured it out and we ultimately got the deal done…such wonderful people…I would recommend them to anyone…thank you again.

Commercial Lending is its own special headache, but Neal & Teri through their knowledge and what seems to be around the clock attention to customer files (seriously, 5:00 am emails and up to 9:00 pm emails, do they ever sleep??) you will feel and are well taken care of when you work with them to get your loans approved and cleared to close. I just closed my first deal with their assistance and I can assure you that it won't be my last.

They are easy to work with, communication is constant, I trust them to get the job done!
