We had some hiccups along the way, some back and forth over some documents and requests. We had to extend the closing date but it still got closed after 2 stressful last days. I guess it depends on the lender selected for the deal so I am hoping the next transaction will be better

NSS Lending has been extremely successful in helping our clients find the correct loan options. I would honestly steer clear, they are just brokers and don't direct lend any funds, so they have no control over lending. Why would you add another layer of confusion in the middle.

ALSO FIND IT INTERESTING ALMOST ALL OF THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM FOLKS WITH ONLY 1 REVIEW.

I am sure they were just ok when money was flying out of lenders accounts left and right and they couldn't find homes fast enough for it, but now that lending is returning to a more normal level of chaos, NNS doesn't really add any value.

I was trying to do a cash out refinance of an 8 unit apartment building and their "vast array" of lenders couldn't find anyone to do it on any terms. They finally said they have 1 lender, but their junk fees were ridiculous and they couldn't even get to a closing table after 6 weeks. Thank goodness it wasn't a purchase loan.

Anyway I am on to a direct lender 2 weeks later and already have a closing date set. 4 weeks after starting the process with a holiday in there even.

NSS adds NO value to the process whatsoever and basically is just a paper pusher with little to no sway to get you any answers or to get you any results.

NSS really helped us find the right solution for our commercial property purchase!

These guys came through for us even after our first loan was canceled at last minute. Through the process they kept true to their word and got us funded. Thanks NSS Lending for all your help and look forward to the next deal!

The NSS are truly professionals in the lending space but thats not what sets them apart. I have looking for the right deal for over 3 years and they always were there to provide me support, quotes, and most importantly feedback/guidance. They told when to walk away from the table. They didn't give up on me. Once the deal was found their numbers didn't change at the last minute to include hidden fees.

Its such a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend if you don't like games and double talk!!
