Extremelly rude and arrogant CPAP receptionist ...

I arrived at Parramatta Westfield CPAP clinic and said that I need some replacement parts for my CPAP.

The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. She said “TAKE THAT THING OFF MY DESK. I DO NOT WORK FOR CPAP 
”. She then gave me huge like A4 paper card with a number to wait in the queue. It felt like I was in the kindergarten.

I’m never going to shop in this clinic again and will also not recommend it to any of my friends. I do not want them to be humiliated like me.

While the reception staff are part of the medical centre rather than NSW CPAP directly, we take this feedback seriously and will be raising the matter internally with the appropriate team for review.

NSW CPAP Miranda NSW store excellence

Your Miranda NSW outlet/shop front had the items I was in need of. What made the experience outstanding was the lady running the store. She was incredibly helpful, not only in my product acquisition, but also in cleaning advice and the normal service life of the items. She was amazingly friendly, talkative and a pleasure to do business with. If there is any way she can be rewarded or recognised, please take steps to do that.
