This company’s incorporation service uses hidden fees and misleading options that can leave you with an unusable product. Entrepreneurs should be aware before purchasing.
• Hidden Fees: The site advertises a $12.80 search, but a “processing speed” fee is mandatory. The cheapest adds +$15, making the actual minimum $27.80.
• New Brunswick Requirement: For NB incorporations, a registry agent–issued cover letter is legally required. This company withholds it behind an additional $25 fee. They also display a $0 “I will prepare the cover letter myself” option—but this is not legally possible, and selecting it leaves you with an invalid product.
• Lack of Support: I paid $31.97 for a report that could not be used. My emails requesting assistance were ignored, no refund was offered

Pricing Reality:
• Advertised: $12.80 + tax
• True minimum: $27.80 + tax
• Usable product (with cover letter): $52.80 + tax
These practices amount to a deliberate bait-and-switch that fails to deliver what’s legally required. If you want a valid incorporation, look elsewhere. Transparency and honesty do not live here.

Notice how they:

Ignore the illegal "$0 option." They state "you can prepare the cover letter yourself," which is a demonstrable falsehood. In New Brunswick this document is a legal form that must be completed and signed by their registry agent.

Ignore the mandatory $15 fee. They pretend the advertised $12.80 is a real price, ignoring that their own checkout system forces a minimum $15 upsell.

Ignore request for a refund for selling an unusable product.

This non-response tells you everything you need to know about their business ethics. They are counting on customers not knowing the law. Steer clear.
