I've been trying the biox4. Before and after meals. No matter what I eat. My weight stabilized then I added a little intermittent fasting and my weight started to come down little by little without exercise. I went below 290lbs for the first time in 3 yrs.

I’ve lost 15 lbs since I started using Nucific! It’s been about 2 months. I have IBS and many food allergies/sensitivities, but since using these products, I can really tell and feel a huge difference. Good Subtle changes

I have been using Bio-x4 for around 3 weeks. The first result was more consistent bowels. I have gone fom 132 kgs to 123 kgs in that time. I have been reducing my intake but not drastically.
I have more energy ,less cravings and more regular bowel movements. After approx 3 weeks use I have lost 9 kgs.

My fault not yours
I received the package when I promised. Once I received the BIO-X4 I tried to start the program immediately but I struggle with swallowing pills and capsules. I emailed customer service to see if I can open the capsule and was told I could. So now I open each capsule and drink it with a full glass of water. Unfortunately during the Thanksgiving holiday I got off schedule and haven't been able to get back on track with my diet and workout regime so no fault to Dr Amy and her team but I can't confidently give it 5 stars just yet.

So far so good
I have only been using for one month but have had some success. My sugar cravings are decreasing and my bowel problems are getting slightly better. I am still having severe pain at times and some bloating and gas but I am seeing some progress I am going to continue at least 6 more months before making a final decision
