So far I've only been using the product for a about 7 days. Feeling like there has been some postive changes to my digestion and appetite suppression.

I'll be able to give a better analysis after 30 days and will update this again.

I have doing another program just couldn't lose the weight I needed. So I thought to give this program a shot. I also combined nucific with the other program and combined it all with an intermittent fasting program and I'm at 150. I feel great with a ton of energy and I feel comfortable in my own body that I have never felt before in my life. So I proud of how far that I have come 😁

It simply has done nothing for me. I used it for several months, four I think. I kept to my usual diet--lots of veggies, high protein and minimal carbs besides the veggies and I lot no weight whatsoever.

I like that I have lost a few pounds, and I would like to see if you have any other products that can help take me farther! I will continue to use this!

I am More regular. Has not affected energy level or weight which were two of my major areas I am focusing on. It has only been a month so I shall see

I only started about a month ago and I ran out before my next bottle came. I changed my order date to an earlier date so that would not happen again. So far I am liking this product very much. I was having indigestion before bed every night so I was trying to eat my supper no later than 4pm. I seem to be having less and less indigestion. Excited to see how it goes this next month. The probiotic effects have been obvious as well as the appetite suppressant. Very happy with the product.

I began 24 days ago using Nucific having removed sugar and carbohydrates from my diet. I am a senior citizen and was addicted to cake, candy, pies, cookies, pasta,bread. I wanted to lose 10lbs by Christmas and 20 by the spring. Happily, I have lost 7 lbs. Using the concept of "one day at a time" I have been very strict with this program and surprisingly, when you take out sugar and carbos, you lose your craving for it. So far so good. I am determined to reach my goal. The nutrients in Nucific undoubtedly have contributed a great deal.

I've been taking Bio4x for approximately 1 month and I've lost 3 pounds. Healthy, sustainable weight loss is what I want to accomplish and Bio4x is helping me do that. My gut is healthier and I don't find myself reaching for snacks all day long. I still need to work on night-time snacking, but I'm a work in progress.

I am amazed at how easily I am losing weight, getting better digestion, better bowel function, and not feeling hungry. My only mistakes seem to be eating the wrong food sometimes. The BIO-X4 is the only digestive pill that allows me to eat things I was not able to have for years, I do not have any more digestive issues since taking a pill before every meal, I do not see any weight changes but my need was mostly for digestion.

I have not been on the night-time slim product for a full month yet! I know it takes some time before you start seeing results. I have great hope in this product in helping me to loose weight.

The supplement appears to make bowel movments easier. It does however make me very gasseous.
