i have canceled my trial less than an hour after i signed up for it, and received a mail that says that they have canceled my plan and i also proceeded to delete my account but after what read on here and on other platforms i got a little worried that they will charge me

I’ve been trying for two days to cancel my free trial on Numarde, but every attempt results in an error message saying “something went wrong.” Despite multiple tries and no fault on my end, I still haven’t been able to cancel. With the billing date fast approaching (May 3rd), I’m extremely concerned I’ll be charged for a service I don’t want to continue.

There seems to be no easy or reliable way to stop the subscription, and the lack of prompt support only adds to the frustration. This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend signing up for the trial unless you’re willing to risk being charged against your will.

I don’t remember when I subscribed however I realized I was subscribed to a yearly subscription today when I got hit with the charge. I emailed customer care about a refund and explained my situation and financial hardship. I was written back to within a few hours and will be receiving a refund.

I got a free trial because I wanted to test this service but then I was 2 days late to cancel the subscription and was charged the annual 80 dollar fee. :(
Luckily I contacted support right away and they got back to me immediately and are giving me almost a full refund minus a month! (Which is fine because I’m the one who waited too long to cancel before the trial ran out). Very fast and helpful service thanks to Kaitlin and I appreciate getting a refund!

This is a total SCAM. I definitely wasn't provided with sufficient notice of free trial and payment thing. Maybe I needed it for one single assignment/question and try the free trial. But I wasn't notified anything that I needed to keep paying for this service which I NEVER USED. Their customer service wouldn't issue any refund to you. Beware of this scam website. They are one of those companies just want your credit card number and allure you for recurring payment every month.

The platform itself is helpful to students. I also love how they understand and resolve subscription concerns/issues. It would always be my go to app whenever necessary. Thank you very much, Numerade!

Please check my email and do the refund for me ! My bank said that the number you gave me they cant check anything. Please check my email and let me know you do the refund for me through which bank or which apps !

I used a free trial to view some examples, but their solutions were completely incorrect. I ended the free trial right there and then. 7 months later I noticed I'm still being charged...

So far, my experience has been positive. Unlike some of their competitors, they offer a free trial. I signed up for the trial and then cancelled, but one of the questions I asked was answered after I ended my trial. I was treated kindly and fairly in order to continue my trial in order to see the answer and video.

So I needed some help with stats and in some cases, the exact question I was looking for help on had already been answered. Some of the trickier ones I also ran by Chat GPT. I will say that one of the questions I looked up on Numerade was wrong, there was a typo, and I let them know. But Chat GPT had more errors in their calculations. So for that reason, I can confidently say that Numerade is my best option based on the competition and AI options.

Answers were never correct and help was worthless. I canceled TWICE and was billed for 2 months still! Can’t ever reach anyone! This is a scam and beware!

When I was arranging my credit card statement, I realized that I did not end the annually agreed free trial plan. Beside the plan was single payment for a year, they show understand and refund the payment of the remaining 11 months. It was fast response and quick action in order to refund.

I canceled my free trial like 3 months ago and being charged 29.95 a month. A total scam and fraud.

I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews about customer service, because my experience was excellent. I had issues with not being able to access the features on my account, then attempting to cancel a subscription and delete my account. My phone has been glitching a bit lately anyways, plus I had several "Hide my Emails", none of which were to my actual account. I was confused on where the charge was coming from, especially since I hadn't gotten a chance to use the service and deleted everything. I emailed customer support and got an IMMEDIATE response from an incredibly helpful representative, Kaitlin. She was very quick, very kind, and very patient with me. After trying to figure out where the charge came from, she was able to find an account that I never realized was under my alternate email. My phone often autofills emails between my normal one and my alternate one, so I assume that the issue was my thinking it was the normal email the whole time. Not to mention my phone did not save an account or password with that email, so no wonder the account was lost. As a courtesy, I was issued a refund. Thank you Kaitlin for your help!

I also wanted the free trial for a week, and then forgot to cancel. No reminder. I was charged 95 dollars. I find that super unprofessional. Also, I can only contact them by email. I found phone number and live chat options on google, and none of them worked

Best hope you don't forget to set a reminder to cancel the free trial. No refund is available, and payment automatically goes through, no check up on whether you wish to continue with the subscription like most honest websites. Content is mediocre, and the AI explanation tool is terrible.

I canceled during the trial, but they didn't cancel it, then they charged for 2 months and wouldn't refund it.

Subscribed to numerade about a week ago and I cancelled their free trial and they charged me 180 bucks. Scam site that locks answers under a pay wall and answers are not fact checked or reviewed. Also poor customer service I have emailed them every 3 days and they say they're still working on it. Don't waste your money.
