I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before ordering from Numi Korea.
I placed an order for a vinyl record over 5.5 months ago and, after an extremely long wait and repeated follow-ups on my end, I was finally sent the wrong item; a CD instead of the vinyl I paid for.
Throughout this entire process, the updates I received were nothing but vague responses, empty assurances, and what felt like outright lies; never any real or transparent information about my order status.
I immediately contacted them to report the mistake and requested a refund, clearly explaining that they had sent an incorrect product. I still have not received any response advising me of next steps.
The lack of communication, excessive delays, misleading updates, and failure to resolve a straightforward issue is incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, the service is unreliable and not worth the risk. I would not recommend purchasing from this company that seems to operate like a backyard scam business.

This was terrible. I bought the Hyunjin necklace, and it not only came MANY months after I ordered it, but it was fake and unofficial as well.

Tried to cancel order, have not heard back from the site. Several reviews online about products not arriving. Will dispute with bank if I do not get a response

I ordered 3 months ago and until now nothing
I emailed them and its always that automated answer
And when i did get through to someone they said there waa a delay but in march it would start working normally its now april and nothing not even an update and they don’t answer mu emails

Achtung!!! Alles billige Fälschungen. Habe für meine Tochter zum Geburtstag eine Hyunjin Halskette von der K-Pop Gruppe Stray Kids gekauft. Es war eine billige Fälschung. Dachte anfangs, ich hätte einen seriösen koreanischen Onlineshop für Merchandise gefunden. Leider wurde ich sowas von enttäuscht.

Ordered something in December and haven't even had a sniff of communication after I've sent multiple emails to different areas of the company. They pick and choose when to scam people and/or they are undoubtedly & excessively incompetent. This has obviously resulted in me losing money as they won't reply to give me a refund. Stay far away!

My experience with Numi Korea,being an American this being my first experience through Numi was a very good experience. They responded to me quickly and with concern. I liked the professionalism. I would definitely use Numi Korea again in the future!!☺️☺️☺️☺️

Unfortunately it's the same as everyone else. I haven't even received my package. I ordered a stray kids plushie In December as a birthday gift for a friend. (Luckily I don't need this gift for another few months) I was told around February 10th there was delays with the product and it's not just them, but all other sellers are having these delays (complete bs by the way) and to expect my package early to mid-march. It is now March 23rd and I have not seen or heard anything. I just contacted them so hopefully I'm able to get a refund because that was not cheap. Even more concerning news is that on their website hey're claiming this plushie is "in stock and ready to ship" which is BS because if it was in stock I would have received my package by now. I have not seen a single shred of my package arriving. Much like my fellow reviewers here do not use this website and avoid as much as you can.
Customer service is a pain to get a hold of and takes about 3 to 4 days to finally get back to you. Not to mention they are very dodgy about getting refunds. If worse comes to worse I'm going to try to appeal this and get my money back through my bank as this is clearly a service that's not being provided.

I ordered on the 9th of November2025 and never the articles arrived . This company defrauds consumers by stealing their money. They never gave me my money back. I don't recommend buying from them.

DO NOT USE! Same experience as many others unfortunately. Ordered an item for my daughter in December which still hasn’t arrived mid- March. I have never received any updates/ tracking information and keep getting generalised automated replies to emails claiming delays due to holidays and regional crises, but refusing to offer a refund. AVOID!

I ordered 2 Stray Kids items beginning of January. Never heard anything about the item (all in stock not preorder). I reached out to them about 3 weeks later and was told it was because of the holiday season. I then started seeing people who ordered from them and if they got their stuff it was fake, even though the website claims it's all real. I asked for both items to be canceled, neither had shipped yet. They only canceled 1 when I did a dispute with American Express. The other item "shipped" 3 days after that. I have still not received that item and I have not been refunded for the canceled item.

I bought a G-Dragon's Album on December the 18th, the item on their webpage said 'available, ready to ship'.
I got the item, BADLY DAMAGED, on Febraury the 24th. I sent them many emails and IG dms, I got a couple of answers, saying 'wait, it's Holiday time. wait it's Lunar New Year. wait, wait, wait' I asked if it GD album was a pre-order for 2 months, NO ANSWER. I asked for refund, answer is:'we'll let you know about it' It was over 15 days ago. JUST DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company. I ordered some items back mid Feb. They said were in stock. I had 0 communication from Numi Korea and after reading reviews on here (wish I'd done that first) I was worried I'd never receive my items. So opened a fraud case with my bank. I've now been told the items aren't in stock, but they haven't processed/attempted to process a refund. I'm so annoyed!!! This company seems fake! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Avoid them! Awful service! Placed order back in November 2025, since mid December they were just finding excuses why there is a delay, it’s already March I haven’t received the order. I was asking for a refund, no reply at all.
Total scam!

Be very careful before ordering from NUMI Korea.
I placed three orders between October and December. We are now months later and nothing has been shipped.
Customer service only sends generic replies saying the orders are “in process” with no real information, timeline, or explanation.
The biggest red flag: some of the items are now listed on their website as “in stock and ready to ship”, yet my orders from months ago are still not dispatched.
They also refuse cancellations after 12 hours, even if you end up waiting for months.
Very frustrating experience and extremely poor transparency. I would not recommend ordering from this shop.

I ordered some stuff back in september only for the shipment to be in january. Also they sended me a mail after 3 months of silents that half of my order was refunded (never got my money back) but got half of my order.

Overal there are much better places to spend your money on merch and kpop stuff.

0 stars. This company is such a scam. I ordered on December 25th. After over a month with no update, mind you, their website says 7-14 day world wide shipping, i emailed and was badically told to contact them during customer service hours. Even though I EMAILED THEM. They can respond to emails whenever. Absolutely unprofessional. My order finally started to move though so i let it go. When my order arrived, i could immediately tell it was wrong. I had ordered a magazine and a lip product with photocards. I got a tiny little bubble mailer that would not fit a Magazine at all. The lip product did not have the photocards i was promised and after reading everyone elses reviews, im not convinced its authentic. I sent 2 emails asking for a refund, even willing to send the lip product back. I heard nothing from them so i filed a dispute at my bank. Numi Korea then had the gall to email me, seperately from all the emails i had sent to them, and ask me to cancel my dispute because i "received my order" and to "contact customer support for delivery concerns" yeah i think not. Absolute scam, waste of money. I cant belive this bs.

Preordered the newest Stray Kids KARMA albums, very pleased with all of them. This was only my second time ordering K-pop albums and they arrived in pristine condition and a timely manner after they were released.

J'ai commandé le 8 janvier un produit proposé être livré en 10 jours. Il est toujours sur leur site livrable en 10 jours. j'ai dépensé 1320 euros et nous sommes le 22 février et le produit aucun signe de suivi de colis. A fuir absolument. J'espère que mon assurance bancaire validera la transaction. J'ai fait des démarches et c'est dommage que je ne vous ai pas lu avant.Fuyez ce site
