I was sent a free sample which l was charged £9.95 for postage and when the sample arrived it was nothing near what they advertised. They sent what they say was Blood pressure capsules which I didn’t order or needed and was nothing near a million miles to what they were video advertising on line. The package had no return address. The packing slip only contained my address and not theirs. Then days later they illegally charged £49.95 to my account without my knowledge and no address or phone number to contact them. So be careful about online video advertising.

I did not intend to order this product ...I just looked to see how much it was and gave my details to see how much the postage was....and then did not go any further I deleted the order form and they still managed to tage two monthly payments one for 49.95 and other 39.95...cant remember doing the transaction or even what it was for ...the bank has cancelled the subscription and changed my card ...I called customer service number that was given in one of these posts and spoke to a guy in America and he said he could on;y give me £19 refund as this months subscription is in the post......by this time im so angry and fed up I just accepted it .......cant find any hemp gummies in my cupboard??????!!!!

This company is a scam to take money from your account. I have now changed my bank card to avoid any more unauthorised withdrawals. Be very careful if you decide to buy any of their “products”

This company is a scammer. They have sent me items I didn't order for. I only ordered once and now they have sent me four more. Please stay away from them, if not, they will sending you item you didn't order and keep taking money from your account without your approval. I want to stop them from taking money anymore.

So disappointed in there customer service I ordered a special discount 30 tbl for 9.95 waited 3wks for delivery then they have the cheek to day I have had 12 days trial period then charged me another 50quid don’t be fooled by there advertising

This firm is a con from start to finish. My wife ordered some face cream from them a couple of weeks ago and was charged £9.95....no problems with that. BUT then 2 days ago a charge of £49.95 was made against the credit card which we had NOT authorised/we had not ordered anything to account for and we have not received anything.
Looking at the other reviews its clear this firm is a joke/con so I have cancelled the credit cards they have the details of and have reported them on both the police and the Gov.UK fraud webline

After reading all the reviews on Trust Pilot, I could paste and copy any one of them for my review and I would be in complete agreement with every one of them. An hour after I ordered what I thought was a genuine offer, I found out it was a SCAM. Although I am elderly I am quite “tech savvy “ and it was very unlike me to fall for anything like this, given that it was endorsed my the late Dr Michael Mosley and Dr Hilary Jones.
Have gone through absolutely everything like you all and emailed back and forward at least a dozen times, I have put it down to experience. I am enraged for others who have lost a lot of money. I immediately cancelled my bank card so they only got £9.95 from me. Now the problem begins again, because they say they had already shipped out the order within a couple of hours so the trial bottle is on the way and has to be returned within 12 days. I have told them I will not physically accept the order, but if It’s posted through my mail box I will not be returning it. There are various solutions for returning it but Royal Mail will not accept it( because it’s medical supplements) neither will DHL( return address is a POBox)
An email from their “ Support” this morning sent the same message over and over again
“ Send back to PO Box227631, Doral,FL 33222. Our clients usually don’t have any issues returning packages”
If you scroll through the reviews LIZ DOHERTY (May 2024) has put an update. She got her money back!

My advice is to CANCEL YOUR BANK CARD SO THEY CAN’T TAKE ANY MORE MONEY AND REPORT THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT!

Original order received, then I noticed two more payments had come out of my account, which I did not sign up for , and didn't receive the goods either. Have had trouble trying to find contact details for them , anyone looking to sign up , please don't it's a scam to get more money out if you

I ordered from Nuteranewera (only, at the time it was called something "KETO BHB Gummies". This morning I noted a big (£40 odd) payment waiting to be taken from my account. I didn't recognize the name. So I rung online banking and said I didn't know who they were (which was true at the time.) The lady said it might be too late to stop that payment going out, but she has cancelled further payments for me.

I ordered a trial bottle then 2 weeks later they try to take £49.95 out my bank . I didnt agree to a supply of it . I ordered a trial nothing else .

I don't buy from this site please give back money. my charger July 29 49.95 please cancel payment is not my is still pending. Don't confirm that.

Paid £9.95 ‘postage’ for Blood Guard Health ‘Glucose management’ capsules (30) on May 20 2024. Delivery received within a fortnight, satisfactorily. Capsules seemingly normal, no side effects.
However, on June 01 2024 £49.95 was charged to my Santander credit card, without authorisation. Reviewing the original Facebook internet page, with the ‘sponsorship’ of a named doctor, I note that they gave 12 days to cancel the otherwise automatic charge of £49.95 each month for further supplies. However there was no way to cancel the further supplies or the charges. I have now frozen the card and will ask Santander to refund the £49.95, as no further order or delivery was made.
I realise the ‘offer’ is a scam and although I was obviously foolish to have fallen for it, the con is annoyingly tempting in that it’s playing on the apparent veracity provided by the ‘doctor’ and the seemingly plausible nature of the issues the capsules address.

l also ordered a trial pack and they illegally took £59.95 from my bank 3 times from my account within days my bank has been very good to me but they can't stop them either. please somebody stop this fraud

The. Consumer Group, Which, have now issued warnings on their Scammers Advice about BountyNutrition & Nutranewera, two of the companies behind the Scam, carried out with support from Facebook, allowing and including falsely using celebrities to support the product backing of their Health Products, GlycoPlus etc.

I only ordered once. However this company automaticaly sent more of the same item without permissiom and took £49.95 again. this happened again in June. I contacted my bank to report this issue, my bank reversed the transaction cancelled my card and issued me with another card.
