On the 12th July you took £12.95 £
from my bank on the 25th July you l
took £79.50 for something I haven't ordered or need at my age
These are withdrawals I didn't authorise so I would like the money sent back to my bank ASAP or I'm going to ask Lloyd's bank fraud team to deal with it
Pix*func-supplemen.com seems to be some sort of scam

Beware of this trickery. some tablets online to help me…

I bought some tablets online to help me with glucose control and as a supplement to assist with good cardio health. These offers were sold as a one off
Payment of £12-50 And to cover p&P. There was no commitment
to an ongoing payment for monthly supplies of same. However they have deducted £79.50 from my account and continue to depatch tablets which by the way are a cheap
product available through herbalist on line at a fraction of the price. I have requested my bank to decline further payments and I intend to get Trading Standards to investigate this company who I believe are using false pretenses to obtain sums of money not part of a transparent
Transaction. They do not give a customer support telephone or email and I fear they are a scam.

Scam

My partner ordered a product from them for £9.95 which he received. He has received nothing else from them and I had to freeze my card as every few days they are trying to take £69.50 from my card. When I emailed them I was offered £15 discount on future orders which is a nonsense. We arent planning to make any future orders. My partner only wanted to try out their product but wasnt happy with it and made no further orders. It is still not clear what they keep trying to take £69.50 from me every few days for as we haven’t received anything other than the 1 bottle that was paid for already.

Danger do no not trust this site I did one order and over charged the original amount and freight and now they are illegally taking money out of me account every month
I am reporting to the bank and fraud to follow up

I don't know what I have signed up for but the first payment was £12.75 then yesterday 16/06/2025 I checked my account and you took £79.75 your taking the piss taking people's money like this.
I wont a refund now.

I requested a free trial for £9.95 got…

I requested a free trial for £9.95 got the product then was immediately charged £49.95 as 12 days free trial had ended. It had not anyway 12 days is not long enough.
I cancelled the subscription returned the product to USA at great expense and they still won’t reimburse me. Con as the company is supposed to be in UK.

I'm sure it's a scam.

I looked on my credit card and found a debit amount for £79.90, with the transaction taken place today, 9th June 2025. I have never heard of this company. I then found another transaction for £12.95 this was taken on the 29th May 2025. I cannot trace any purchase on my mobile for this company. To top it the bank has put it's a recurring payment. I looked at this review and tried to go to the web site but it came up as 404 page not found. I'm going to phone the telephone number I found for their London Office, but I have a funny feeling that that won't work either. I urge the company to contact me if they read this. I will update this post once I've got more information. DON'T deal with them, I'm almost sure it's a scam.

I had purchased some supplements online…

I had purchased some supplements online for £12.95 on the 22nd April. Today the same company going under the name of pix*funk-supplement.com have take another payment of £89.95. There was no ongoing subscription agreed to in the original purchase and now I cannot even contact the company to have my details removed from their system. Absolutely disgusting..... avoid like the plague!

⚠️ SCAM – Hidden Charges & Dishonest Company ⚠️

I purchased a product for £12.95 thinking it was a one-off deal. Two weeks later, I was charged £89.90 without warning or my consent. I had not placed any further order or agreed to any ongoing subscription.

When I contacted the company, they were completely unprofessional and dishonest, falsely claiming I had agreed to a subscription. At no point during checkout was this made clear.

Worse still, they said I could only cancel if I returned the bottles unopened, making it impossible to try the product without being trapped into ongoing charges.

I’ve received no proper response from their customer service. This is clearly a deliberate scam built around misleading terms and hidden fees.

Avoid this company at all costs. Do not fall for it.

Made a purchase for £12.95 2 weeks…

⚠️ ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ its a scam theres a hidden subscription they dont tell you about. If you make a purchase you cant actually take the supplements because you need to send back unopened bottles to cancel the subscription. I made a purchase for £12.95 2 weeks later got charged again for £89.90 which i never approved or ordered anything off them for and got no response when i emailed them about it. My advice would be stay away

This company has taken £100 in 2 months for a supplement my elderly disabled mother does not need, have no idea how they even know hoe they got card details and the email confirmation I found in Junk folder has no website or contact info on to stop this ongoing subscription
