Ordered 2 items online with significant postage charges. Only 1 item arrived. Had to contact them, at which point they tell you its out of stock. Communication stops when you repeatedly ask how to complain. Waste of money

Produkter fungerer fint nok. Der er begrænsninger, og det er ikke kosmisk teknologi, men det er fint nok, normalt. Idéen med baby blender er meget god, synes jeg.

Our amazing nutri bullet arrived - but without the recipe card or booklet.
Customer services were amazing and managed to get the warehouse to send one out to us - it’s really improved our iunderstanding of how the NB works - really appreciate them ‘ going the extra Mile’ for us - amazing product!

Na 2 maanden intensief gebruik schoot het rubber los en is deels 'meegeblend'. In no-time ontving ik een nieuwe bovenkant met messenblad. De klantenservice reageerde heel snel. Hele nette service.

Goed product! Vreselijk slechte klantendienst! Kijk maar op Trustpilot! Krijgt slechts 1,5 als waardering!!! Wacht nog steeds op antwoord én oplossing...in totaal 14 mails! Ben het nu beu... aankoop op 1 dag....retourzending wegens productie fout kost je 22 euro en veeeeel geduld... na weken nog niets ontvangen! Shame on you!

Wij kochten een Nutribullet Ultra, aanbieding bij AH. Deze Nutribullet zou stiller zijn als zijn voorgangers, we hebben hem nu een week. Het ding maakt zoveel herrie, lijkt of er een raket wordt gelanceerd als je hem aan zet. Klacht gemeld bij Nutribullet ..... of ik een filmpje kon sturen van de bullet in actie. Dat heb ik gedaan. Reactie van Nutribullet.... Dat is normaal blenders maken nou eenmaal herrie. Ik had hiervoor een blender van Blokker, die kan je beter hebben.

We hebben de Nutribullet terug kunnen brengen en geld retour gekregen.

My nutribullet had a defective blade. We had received it as wedding gift. It stayed boxed in our apartment for a long while because there was no space.

When we moved, I was excited to give it a whirl.

On the first blend the gasket came off.

I wrote explaining the situation

Rather than give me a replacement, which would have been good customer service- they said since I did not have a receipt (wedding gift) I would have to buy a new blade

Faulty product. Poor customer service … I will no longer be a customer.

Apparaat binnen 1 jaar kapot en vervolgens claimen dat messenblad vervangen moet worden binnen 6 maanden. Tegenstrijdig met "12 maanden garantie" als messenblad maar 6 maanden meegaat.

Een Nutribullet (130 euro) weinig gebruikt 2 jaar oud en nu stuk. Alle kosten: opsturen en reparatie voor de klant zelf! Schandalig. Tip: koop dit apparaat niet, geen service.

Garantie van 1 jaar is er niet! Ze gooien het op gebruikersschade. Zeer slechte service!!

Again, again, lid gasket gone, even if you hand wash. Looks like its a common problem,bad quality.

Nutribullet zet misleidende aanbiedingen op hun website met black friday. Ze hadden een kopje aangemaakt met “black friday deals tot 25%” maar de blender die ik wou bestellen was helemaal niet afgeprijst maar wel een “black friday deal” en was dezelfde verkoopprijs als voor black friday. Dit is in Nederland verboden. Heb dit aangegeven en ze leken in eerst instantie te zoeken naar een oplossing. Ze gaven aan dat het een fout was en vroegen of ze me toch konden helpen met deze blender. Ik kreeg het idee dat ze die toch voor een kortingsprijs wouden geven, maar opeens besloten ze mij toch te negeren. Niks meer gehoord en melding gemaakt bij ACM. Ik lees hier andere klachten die wettelijk verboden zijn, zoals geen wettelijke 2 jaar garantie geven. Ik raad mensen aan om ook een melding te maken als hun klacht wettelijk niet door de beugel kan. Ik heb in ieder geval geen interesse meer om iets te bestellen bij een bedrijf die zo met consumenten omgaat.

Vreselijke klantenservice. Niet klantvriendelijk en totaal niet service gericht. Denken niet in oplossingen maar hanteren de methode pap en nat houden. Wel echt vervelend als je veel geld aan een order hebt besteed zonder het krijgen van het product en geen concrete oplossing ontvangt. De manager van deze afdeling zich moeten schamen en het bestuur zou kritisch moeten kijken naar deze prestatie.
Even voor de beeldvorming: ik wacht al 1,5 maand op m’n product en heb meer dan 20 e-mails gestuurd.

I received the NutriBullet as a gift, when I used it, it was faulty the seal was broken, all my liquids were spilling everywhere. I replaced the product for a new one, and the new one started doing the same! I messaged NutriBullet to let them know and their response was very below par. I would not recommend buying this product, invest your money elsewhere.

However long you expect it to last , halve it!
This product will leak, not fully blend frozen fruit, you will have to stand and hold the blender in place to get any action at all.
No refunds , no warranty, no replacement , no value for money , no money back . If brought thru third party all we bounce back with the same result a big fat NOTHING!!!

Customer service is appalling. So hard to find their Au phone contact 1300 465 324for anyone who needs it. Back and forth exchanges over a faulty product. Insisted I produce a receipt for a gift which I did do but then they said I have to get a replacement through the store it was purchased from which I obviously cannot do as I didn’t not personally purchase the product. It was a gift. This was highlighted multiple times throughout the exchanges. If the manufacturer is going to make a faulty product and proof of purchase can be provided then they should be responsible for replacing or repairing the product. This could have been put to me in a single email regardless instead of me going back and forth over multiple emails to result in - we aren’t going to do anything take it up with the store.

Absolute worst customer service! My order for some replacement blades was stuck at FedEx for 2 weeks, I was told to wait a few more days for delivery. I waited, no delivery, called back for a refund. The manager assured me my card would be refunded in 3-5 days. 10 days later Im emailed an affidavit I need to sign and mail back stating I never received the product. Will no longer purchase ANY Nutribullet products.

Had a question on a plug converter still haven't heard back from them customer service is non existent I would have given them zero star's but their isn't that option available

The nutribullet 900 Pro is rubbish. It can not blend a fruit smoothie with bananas, spinach and two soft dates - there is always lots of pieces of dates left, and if I blend it longer it makes the smoothie hot. Dates still not blended. I have tried customer service, they are rubbish and claim that they can not give me a refund unless they find any "errors" on the blender, and that I'll be charged with both postage and an examination fee, if they don't find any "errors". But the blender is not broken, it is just a really poor blender. I've had 4 other blenders over time, all of them could do this job with no problem. (Braun, Sage, Vitamix.)
