I have been using this application to
 track the fitness level , Protein intake and meal consumption on daily basis.

This application has been incredibly helpful for tracking my fitness progress and achieving better results. It offers an all-in-one solution with features like a health card, step tracking, nutrition insights, and meal logging. It also provides easy access to daily activity tracking along with detailed information on macros and protein intake. Overall, it’s an excellent app for managing your health and fitness in one place.

It's an awesome app with great features. The Indian essence of the app helps it to be the most relevant app in this domain. Great interface with ease of use and the best thing is that it adapts to your goals rather than providing rigid and generic values for all.
